Mother Zhu looked at her daughter with curiosity. Zhu Feng closed her eyes. "I wish for a million taels of each currency." She heard her mother gasp and opened her eyes. In front of her lay three very large chests and a small chest. She brought her mother over to take a look. She opened the first chest. Inside was filled to the brim with copper coins. "Feng'er!" Mother Zhu gasped. They moved to the next chest. Inside this chest was a million silver taels. Mother Zhu looked as if she was about to faint. Before they could get to the last chest Zhu Feng heard some voices. She quickly brought them out from the space. A few moments after they came out a man was staggering towards them with a woman. The man did not look to good but the look on the woman's face said she was up to no good. Zhu Feng didn't want to get involved but when she saw the Zhou pendant on his waist she figured he had a special identity. The only people with the last name Zhou were related to the royal family.
She quickly ran up to the man. "Father! H-How could you do this? How could you run off on us when mother is sick?" She looked back at her pale mother. Mother Zhu knew her daughter wanted to save this man so she played along. "Hubby, is it because you cant perform anymore and you think I wont love you anymore?" She went to pull him out of the woman's grip. "Who are you? This man does not have a wife and child!" She pulled the drunk man with all her might. She had been watching this man for weeks now. He came and went from the brothel almost everyday. If it weren't for the fact that he carried the Zhou pendant at his waist she wouldn't have come up with this plan to seduce him. Mother Zhu grabbed the mans hand. "Hubby! Did you tell this sow that you didn't have a wife and child? I bet you told her you were really part of the Zhou family and not just a jade carver!" She lightly threw the mans hand. By this point the man had sobered up a bit from the cool air and knew they were trying to help him.
"Wife I didn't mean to I'm sorry...I just wanted to make some extra silver for your medical fees. So I went around and was asking people for some. I was drinking with some small young master when this woman pulled me away." He shook off the stunned woman and went up to Zhu Fang. "Wife please forgive me. I know i was wrong." The woman looked disgusted. "Y-you mean to tell me you're not from the Zhou family?" The man shook his head. "No. I'm not. I never said I was." The woman looked at the clothes the three were wearing and although the mans clothes didn't have holes in them like the other two she figured that he spent money to buy new clothes to look like a rich young master. Even the clothes she was wearing were of better quality. She scoffed and turned and left them.
The man cleared his throat and went to say thank you when he felt a hand on his wrist. He looked down to see that Zhu Feng was taking his pulse. "you have a very strong aphrodisiac in your system. You need to relieve the symptoms in the next two hours or you will die." She took her hand away. The man was shocked. "D-Did you find anything else?" He was skeptical that she would be able to feel the poison in his body. He's had this poison since he was a child. Zhu Feng looked at him. "Snow blood gu poison." When the name of his poison came from her lips he almost wet his pants. Since this poison was not from around here and was so rare that only the Poison Master Song knew it he was afraid of her identity. "D-Do you k-know the person w-who made this poison?" He wasn't mad at her for knowing or even mad at the poison master. This was meant for his brother and he had accidentally fallen for his brother's trap and taken the poison himself. He had been looking for the poison master for almost a year but to no avail. Now that he found someone who could identify the poison he was hoping he could also get the antidote.
Zhu Feng's eyes widened when she heard about where the poison came from. She looked at her mother expectantly. Her mother also had an expectant look in her eyes. Zhu Feng looked back at the man. "Do you know what he looked like? How did you get a hold of him? Where did you meet?" The man almost fell over from all her questions. "I-I just asked around about him and eventually he found me." Zhu Feng nodded. Her father would do something like this. He only had one thing that would make him show up. It was a certain word that only his wife and child knew. "Can you spread the word that we have a message. Just one word Fengkuang." The man was shocked. "Y-You want me to tell the poison master that hes...crazy?" Zhu Feng shook her head. "Not crazy...Batty."
They bid the man goodbye after they made him promise that he would ask around for the poison master.The mother and daughter pair now with the money were making their way towards the realtor. There was only one in the entire capital. Before they went in they stopped at a pre-made clothing store.Now if they wanted to walk in and buy a house with silver then they would have to look every part of a rich family. They walked in and went to the counter. "I would like to see some land for sale." Zhu Feng put a whole silver coin on the counter. The shop assistant had a big smile on her face. "Right this way young miss. Young Madam."
