Victor was dumbfounded after his words. He never thought that Janet could go through something tragic. In his eyes, she was always a fighter woman who was ready to fight for her luck in any situation. Besides, she seemed to be contended with her regular life except her family although she didn't seem to care anymore.
Victor shook his head numbly, blaming himself for not looking up for her past mentally. Kieagon only sighed in resentment. Then he muttered squeezing his eyes shut,
" Mm! No wonder, you looked so worried. I believe, she needs mental help. I don't know how you will pursue her to do that but at least try.."
Victor promised in a firm voice,
" I will.."
Kieagon was a bit surprised to see Victor's reaction. He seemed to care for the girl too much.
Victor then looked up at his friend, thanked genuinely,
" Thank you for coming!"
Kieagon rolled his eyes then scoffed before preparing to leave,
