Janet was shocked when she detected the bitter tone of Noah. Naturally, Noah was a naive and easy going boy who never raised voice against anyone.
Janet still replied politely for the sake of their childhood friendship,
" Why don't you come to my apartment first? In that way, I can tell you everything."
Noah looked agitated as he declined her offer immediately. Instead, he questioned in a harsher voice,
" No need! I just came to see you...and..it looks like I have come on a wrong time.."
He spoke and casted Victor an icy glare to show his dissatisfaction. Janet was now really getting annoyed. She took a deep breath before telling,
" Then..You should leave now...We will talk some other day when you are free!"
