The situation worked like a bonfire as soon as Julie's pathetic cry echoed throughout the room and earned numerous attention from other staff. Naturally the crew members were going to pay more attention to Julie since she was the female lead and had a stable position in the entertainment industry.
Janet retreated a few steps back disbelievingly. Her drawn eyes stared hard at Julie's crying face with disgust.
How could she not know that Julie was a master of acting?
The following moment, all the crew members surrounded Julie and began to show off their concern. Ella rushed over to the spot and pushed away the crowd before going beside Julie to hold her.
Looking down at the burning mark on Julie's hand, Ella yelled wandering her eyes around scornfully,
" Move away! Move! Who did this to Julie? Do you know how costly her times are?"
Someone from the crew noticed their earlier incident. The girl decided to speak to stay's good side,
" I saw Janet bumping on Julie."
This small piece of news was enough to create havoc among the crew members. Ella glared at Janet with disgust and began to speak from her own judgemental mind,
" So it was you! No wonder that Julie got such a mark. You are here to vent your anger again. Janet, It's not Julie's fault that your dad kicked you out of the house. Why must you target Julie always?"
The crew members all gasped in astonishment. Though they knew nothing about the truth, they would agree with Ella's words no matter what she said since she was the assistant of Julie.
Janet shot Ella an annoying look. Crossing her arms together, she rebuked with confidence,
" Don't beat around the bush, Ella. I haven't bumped with her intentionally. I was carefully coming inside but she seemed to run onto me."
Janet didn't utter anything straightforward but her words had only one meaning. Julie was putting the act on purpose. This time, the crew members were all astounded by Janet's attitude. They found it rude since Julie was a senior actress.
Ella yelled back at Janet afterwards furiously,
" What are you talking about? Are you saying that our Julie is trying to put the blame on you intentionally? Who do you think you are? Look at her people! She has made a mistake yet she is showing off her attitude. Now I really think that she has slipped her coffee on Julie's hand on purpose."

Ella's words worked like a magical spell among the present people over there. At most, they all knew about Janet's confrontation with her family. The situation was justified to think in this way that Janet actually envied Julie. During the recent years, the prominent "Kingsley" empire had acknowledged only one daughter " Julie Kingsley". No one talked about Janet Kingsley anymore as if she never existed.
People started whispering among themselves and cast Janet a scornful glare. On the contrary, Julie noticed every one of their reactions and smiled cunningly. Just as she expected, her top notch acting skills could never go wrong.
Janet replied sneering at the two faced people who were believing Ella's one sided words blindly,
" I didn't bump into her on purpose. If you can't believe me, check out the CCTV footage. There should be one around."
The mention of CCTV camera horrified Julie. Out of jealousy and anger, she nearly forgot about the main evidence that was left unnoticed. As the crew members were thinking about checking it out for once, Julie let out another pathetic cry.
To distract their attention, she rumbled more painfully,
" Aah..It is aching so much, Ella. I..I think that I need to go out to the hospital..I can't endure anymore.."
Ella nodded eagerly and decided to leave before pouring more venoms inside their brain,
" Hold on, Julie. Nasty, disgusted people like her won't ever succeed in ruining your reputation. They can only burn in jealousy. Let me take you to the doctor first. These people are wise enough to acknowledge the righteous people."
Julie leant on Ella's shoulder and followed her outside pitifully. After their departure, all hatred fell on Janet who couldn't believe that after years, Julie didn't change a bit. She didn't even belong to the Kingsley family clan anymore yet she still didn't stop spreading her venom.
Standing there alone, Janet heard the cursing tone of some crew members.
" How can you become so low? She is your sister after all."
" Look at her face! Clearly, she was a jealous bitch. Poor Julie! She must be suffering so much! "
" Forget about her! Now, I really understand why the Kingsley family abandoned their other daughter."
" Look at Julie's manner. She was still so respectful towards Janet even though she was the one who got hurt. Unfortunately someone doesn't deserve her sympathy."
Janet didn't bother to argue with them. No matter what she said, these people were going to trust Julie simply because she had more powers than her. If Janet was the movie queen instead of Julie, undoubtedly 90% people from the crew would support her. That's how this selfish world worked!
The news didn't miss the Director's ears. Some even suggested the director cut off Janet's role from the movie but he couldn't do anything since the order was given from high society. He could only try to soothe the situation.
Not long after everyone was gone after badmouthing Janet, her director showed up in an expression of worry. He spoke to Janet in a nervous voice,
" I just heard about Janet's incident. Don't take their words in your mind. I am hoping that you would make out a peaceful environment with Julie since you two are going to meet each other often these days."
Janet protested herself though she knew that the director had no intention of supporting such a small actress like her,
" Director, I did nothing. They spoke everything from their own imaginative thoughts."
The Director sighed not bothering to figure out who did it first. He suggested appearing uncomfortable,
" Janet, I think that it's better if I postpone your scene for today. You know..If Mr.Kingsley hears about the incident..I mean.."
Janet's face paled as the director mentioned about fearing Mr.Kingsley. She knew that the director was afraid of triggering such a powerful man. She smiled back weakly and sutured lowering her head down,
" I understand, Director. Then I will be waiting for your next call."

Late Night at Bar in Silk City,
Janet called her only one friend, Lara that night. She was frustrated over everything and wanted to speak to someone openly. Lara was the best choice left for her.
It was almost midnight when the girls became deadly drunk and couldn't distinguish between reality and life anymore. Janet muttered pouting her stained lips together,
" She is still bullying me, Lara. I don't know what's wrong with that bitch. Isn't it enough to rule over my.. entire... family?"
Lara who was leaning to get another drink giggled groggily. Snaking her arm around Janet's shoulders, she suggested half-consciously,
" Jane..I..I.. really think.. that..you should have.. accepted..Mr.. Reynolds.. Proposal..at that time..In that way, you could have slapped.. that.. bitch.."
Janet twisted her lips at such a thought. Though her brain was not functioning properly, she still found the idea really effective. But before the girls could control their tongue from sipping anymore, they became totally unconscious without having the ability to walk anymore.
People left the bar one by one except the two who only played and laughed at each other. The bar owners felt troublesome and thought about informing some cops to help them getting out.
Their intention was left uncompleted. Soon a powerful figure walked in with a few uniformed men around and stepped in. His expression was fronzy as if he was annoyed by everything around him.
His cold dagger-like eyes melted as soon as he spotted the drunk girl in the middle. Victor waved his hand at Zaid before commenting,
" Send the other girl in her house."
Zaid compelled and shifted his eyes on Lara with a dark expression. He thought that his lady boss really loved to stress their boss unnecessarily. Now she even included her friend into this mess.
Victor strode over to Janet and put his arms around her body. Without uttering anymore words, he scooped up the woman in his arms and left the bar under everyone's bewildered eyes.
Janet parted open her eyes groggily and vaguely saw the familiar face from his arms. She let out a disbelieving laugh and murmured nudging her nose against his chest,
" I must.. be..too drunk..to imagine.. Victor.. Reynolds..Hmm!.. I would.. have.. really... really agreed..to marry him..If.. he.. was here..."
Victor froze before taking another step and looked down at the woman dotingly.
