"I insist, Miss Sanders." Suddenly the man's hand grabbed Mary's wrist so violently that the woman screamed in pain and fought.
"Let me go, dumbass!" she shouted.
"You just turned down my invitation." The man's eyes squinted like a murderous stare.
"Who the fuck are you? I don't know you, let me go or I'll call the guards."
The man's cynical laughter bubbled up. "Just do it. They will be silent after I toss a wad of money."
Marylou tried to pull her hand firmly. But the more he struggled, the stronger the stranger's grip became. So many times Marylou screamed to be released, it attracted the attention of the people in the pub. Until finally someone grabbed the stranger's wrist suddenly.
