The next day I headed to the office for a meeting with pd-nim regarding our MAMA performance which is in a few months which we were really excited to do as it'll be our first performance with such a large audience as we didn't have our own concert yet because we had always been performing on radio or TV shows ever since our debut but what I didn't expect is during the meeting, someone I didn't recognize walked into the room. "Jin Woo meet Director Lee, he's here today to speak to you about an upcoming project of his." I was confused "why would he want to speak to me?" I thought while shaking his hand then he proceed to say "Hello Jin Woo it's nice to finally meet you, I've come here today because I want you to play a role in my upcoming drama Dream High."
"Huh??? But I've never done acting before and we're so busy these days plus MAMA I don't know if I'd have enough time"
"It's fine Jin Woo you should do it, the director has seen your commercials and mv's where you've done some acting and thinks you'd do great and with regards to your schedule, I'll get your manager to rearrange some things so you'd have some time, so I think you should do it" I just listened to what pd-nim had to say then contemplated for some time over it and decided to do it as it'll not only open up more paths for me in the future but it'll also help get our group more recognition, "ok I'll do it.... By the way who else is in the cast?"
The director and pd-nim just smiled and said "it's a surprise, you'll find out when you start shooting.... Anyways here's your script with your parts so start learning it and we'll contact your manager for the day's you're going to be shooting" the director said with a smile handing me the script as if he already knew I was going to accept, it made me wonder if these two schemed it all. I nodded then took my script and left to go home to start learning but I guess I was too distracted reading my script and as soon as I turned around the corner I bumped into someone and we both fell with my script all over the floor then I heard "ouch" in a cute voice .
I quickly got up and said "I'm sorry it's my mistake I wasn't looking where I was going, are you ok?" I asked while putting my hand out to help the person who fell and to my surprise it was Suzy who looked at me in shock then a smile and said in a teasing voice while taking my hand "oww I think my legs hurt I cant feel it" I thought it was something serious so I quickly got to her and carried her like a princess ready to run to the medic room and when I did she got a shock at what at did and started laughing after it which made me look at her and ask "you were lieing to me right?" to which she nodded and I just put her down while she was laughing saying "I didn't expect the prince of kpop to be such a gentleman anyways that's enough laughing for today or I don't think I can make it....I'm Suzy by the way nice to meet you" she said putting her hand out in which I shook and said "Jin Woo nice to meet you too."
She then turned and looked at me picking up my pages on the floor and started mutter something I didn't hear "did you say something Suzy noona?" she looked at me with a mischievous smile and said "oh so I'm your noona now huh... OK I don't mind being a handsome guy's noona and it's nothing I was just reading your script, it seems interesting.... Bye bye I have to get going" she said leaving me confused with her behavior but it didn't think too much of it as I thought she's just teasing me again, so I just picked everything up and went home.
