"And there goes the last one," Shimaya heaved the last luggage into the trunk of the car before she closed it with a pat.
"You're good to go now, boss," she smiled at her broody employer who was leaning on her car with an air of indifference.
Ariana pushed down her glasses and regarded Shimaya with a stern glance.
"Can't you even at least pretend not to be so happy to see me gone?" She huffed at her secretary who had been in an unusually bubbly attitude since morning.
"Oh, why would you say that?" Shimaya waved her hand with a slight chuckle which made Ariana roll her eyes.
"You know I would have loved to come with you on this trip, but unfortunately, we can't just leave the company all alone for three days, so sadly, I have to stay," Shimaya seemed to be making an effort to match her expression with her words.
"I have always said this, theatre doesn't suit you," Ariana clicked her tongue before she turned her gaze to her fingernails.
