Synopsis
Another poor soul transmigrated into the cultivation world where the strong are respected, and the weak are disdained. George Best as a former workaholic has a distant belief that with enough hard work, even becoming an immortal isn’t impossible. So, after practising for three years straight in the sect without any improvement, he has suddenly bestowed the Boundless Training System. As the name suggests, the system allows him to improve everything to the absolute limits by merely practising. Allowing him to improve at an astonishing pace. [Ding! Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 - Lonely Figure In the Field

Come on, Everybody, one last round."

Swoosh Swoosh Swoosh

In the martial art field, Dozens of young boys and girls practise swinging their swords. Some slash down their sword dominatingly like a sword immortal would do. Some practised stabbing sinisterly as though they imagined their opponents right in front of them. Most of the girls swung gracefully, not using as much effort since the majority isn't too fond of being a swordswoman. But there's one who swung their sword consistently; Each swing was the same, if one were to see this from a young boy, they would be astonished, but sadly it was swung by no other than the infamous George Best.

He was at least two heads taller than the rest of the children and more than five years older than the youngest. He was infamous because his progress stagnated for three years as though something was hindering him. However, that hasn't changed his mentality at all since he wasn't a regular youth. He was transmigrated three years ago into this person's body for some reason. Before he was transmigrated, he was known as the number one workaholic in his company. He used to work nearly 400 hours a month until he finally overworked himself to his death. His only regret was that he couldn't reach the 500 hours a month milestone. But in this world, his prayers were answered as long as his cultivation was high; he could potentially work for years without being tired.

Seeing most of them doing sluggish swings, the Elder overseeing the children declared loudly.

"That's enough for today."

All the children ceased swinging and stood with their backs straight, awaiting instructions from the Elder.

Seeing this, the Elder was satisfied then his eyes wandered toward the lonely figure in the corner.

Swoosh Swoosh Swoosh

George continued training, not paying any attention to the Elder's words causing his face to become unsightly.

'This damned kid is ruining my reputation.'

Most elders have stagnated their cultivation and only care about their reputation. However, Elder Wang is a rigorous instructor and likes everything organised, so even after a long session of practising swordplay, the children didn't dare to slacken their posture and await Elder Wang to dismiss them.

Knowing that person is behind him, he can only resort to other methods.

The Elder looked at everyone and said with a wicked smile.

"Everyone, the sun is going to set soon, so it's time to rest your bodies for tomorrow's session."

"Rest is essential; otherwise, you might become like little George here and spend three years learning a basic technique when others can do the same in a month or even a week."

"As long as you practice hard during the day and rest the night properly, you can enter the outer sect."

Hearing this, all the children paled in fright.

"Elder Wang is correct; we need to become a swordsman; we don't have time to waste."

Every child was panicking due to Elder's words since the example was right there in the corner. Even the unambitious students felt like they needed to train hard since who would want to be left behind by their peers. Everyone stared at George and said in their heart that they wouldn't be like him in the future.

And George was unperturbed by all of this as though he didn't even hear anything.

Soon everyone but George left the martial art field.

George was continuing his training as usual.

A tight grip on the hilt of the sword, raising it and slashing downwards. After that, George tightened his grip again and raised it once more. Then Slash again and again and again. Finally, many hours later, he lost the strength even to raise his blade. Then, looking direct up, he saw the moon standing lofty above him and dropped his body onto the ground.

'Ah, the day is already over?'

Only now did George discover it was nearly midnight.

George is such a workaholic because he can stay focused to the point where he can't even sense his whereabouts at all or even the time. For example, it had almost been 18 hours since he started training, but to him, it felt like a minute.

An overwhelming feeling of tiredness came rushing towards him as he fell into a deep sleep on the weary-looking grass.

As he was drifting into his sleep, Ding resounded in his head.

[Ding! You have been selected as the Host of the Boundless Training System}
