Chereads / Infinite Cosmic Knight / Chapter 137 - THE PROGRAM GOES ON!

Chapter 137 - THE PROGRAM GOES ON!

Another person or some kind of strange Glass like man appeared before Aavesh.

He barely had what you could call a head- this person's head was merely crystallized glass in the Shape of a Human face.

At the same time another being appeared on another side, with black hair and grey eyes, an obscenely long and tall yet extremely thin body and a very weird smile on his normal looking face.

*Whoosh

Another being appeared next to the thin man with - he had a completely mauled out body, like chunks had been chewed off him yet his eyes were filled with a vicious glint and ferocity that accentuated his bestial smile at Aavesh.

Aavesh instinctively sensed a Terrifying breath from these three- unlike the three before, he was facing a whole new grade of enemies.

" We are the Tyrannical Triplets - The Blood Hunters- you are not worthy to know our names little Maledict- But since, the Imperial Lord has asked us we - the Tyrannical Trio! have decided to deal with you together!", the Mauled Man spoke first with a cruel tone.

Aavesh gazed at him calmly and asked," Okay Tyrant Titface, Then just tell me about your so called joint test, so what do we have here?"

Everyone choked at that statement and really felt Aavesh was getting bolder and bolder as he beat Tyrant after Tyrant.

"You have to destroy the Beast we make from blood, Illusion and Shadow!", The mauled man roared out as the other two glanced at Aavesh with Disdain.

Then the mailed man, glass face and the thin man grinned in a predatory fashion before stepping back - suddenly a bloody stench wafted into the air, as Aavesh saw a ball of Rotten black blood materialize in front of him.

Aavesh frowned and then immediately saw the liquid take his shape and even mimic his blade.

The New Black liquid clone grinned at Aavesh while striking to cut off Aavesh's head.

* Unsheathed

* CLANGG

Aavesh calmly unsheathed his blade and met the attack head on with a single arm wielding his sword.

Aavesh stared at the Black Clone with a cold analytical gaze as he sensed the environment change-

His surroundings were liquefying at a rapid pace creating a horrific visual that would make one fall into the pit of despair.

He then noticed the Black Clone retreating and immediately smiled as it went into stealth.

Aavesh closed his eyes and resheathed his blade calmly, as everyone watched on this action with confusion.

Was this not asking for death?

Besides that damn clone was truly vicious!

Aavesh then raised his arms wide- leaving him open and vulnerable to any fatal attack.

The black clone morphed a few dozen meters behind Aavesh and stalked him silently without making a noise.

It created another Black Blade and steadily crept soundlessly towards him.

'Is the kid going to give up?', Everyone thought as they didn't see Aavesh take any other action at all- letting that thing come closer and closer!

Damn- it was incredibly silent, even they couldn't see it clearly or even hear it stalking!

How Fucking Terrifying!

Just as it reached Aavesh's neck and was about to cut his head off, Time slowed for Aavesh- or rather his senses were on overdrive as he let them assist his inner instinct.

He could already tell the Clone's direction and speed as the feeling in his heart slowly became strong as he patiently waited.

*Strike

* SPURT

The blades had impaled into Aavesh's chest, as he was now holding the Black Clone with a Calm smile that seemed chilling.

Just... How?

What happened?

Everyone suddenly replayed the scene at the slower settings - they Saw Aavesh suddenly move forward a few more paces at an incredibly fast speed and turn to face the Black clone- letting it's blades sink into his ribs instead of the back of his neck.

Aavesh then held the swords with his bare hands- not letting them move an inch further at all.

How was the kid so fast?!

He shouldn't be possessing the speed of Someone at Stage 2.5 while being at Stage 0.9!

But but... The Trio saw in shock and still couldn't believe their Eyes- they had purposely made the Clone to reach the Stage of 1.9, a whole realm higher!

Aavesh should have been crushed but - but, he seemed like he was toying with the clone.

Aavesh gazed at clone intently as it tried to escape his grasp, he spoke as his Third Eye opened,

"Booo!"

*SSSSSSSSSSSSSS

A few seconds later the Clone stopped struggling and slumped down as the swords embedded onto Aavesh's chest dematerialized into black air, leaving his body.

The Clone's head was Burned into crisp- it's Illusory nature or Shadow or Incredibly strong Blood couldn't protect it from the full force of Aavesh's Third Eye.

Aavesh's body had become slightly red as his Third Eye was now closed- his Third Eye was unlike anything the material Universe's Cultivators had ever seen before...

Unlike the other types of Third Eyes- this seemed like a force of Nature- A literal aspect of Destruction itself!

They had seen how the Third Eye melted down the Black Clone in a matter of seconds, it didn't even stand a chance.

That gaze seemed to nearly shatter the void around itself!

It was not something that could be Easily defended against at all...

Luckily it seemed like Aavesh also could only use it for a limited time Period before his body overheated.

Atleast it was not invincible, for now.

"Now, I believe I passed your test - ", Aavesh spoke calmly as he focused on creating Ice to soothe his Third Eye.

The Tyrant Trio did not speak anything at all and stared at Aavesh for sometime, then soundlessly retreated while swearing inwardly to Avenge this humilation in the future.

Aavesh then cracked his neck and waited for the next person to arrive.

Khorramzadeh who was watching this unfold in the void clapped in an elegant manner and spoke," As Expected - Blood Never lies at all, Continue to Pass Aavesh"

"If you clear all of my Tyrants- I can be more or less sure that the Causality is perfect this time, This Time it must be it... Causality Never Lies at al after all l", He muttered to himself as he watched the Program continue.

The Audience on the other hand were wild with fervor as Aavesh had now cleared Three Tyrants in one Go!

This meant he had cleared Six Tyrants! Just four more to Go!

Would this kid surprise them even more?

Would he be the one to Finally pass all 10?!

Such questions lingered as they watched on with anticipation...

Then another disfigured 9 foot towering man arrived in front of him with a flash.

'Damn what is up with all of these dudes? They are all tortured in some way or another- all of them are Brainwashed thoroughly', Aavesh observed the new enemy in front of him before his expression turned to shock.

Memories of someone with a blurred face being devoured by that Insect Bastard resurfaced like crazy as his fingers twitched uncontrollably.

That Person was deeply close to him.

Even if he couldn't remember that person's face now- he felt that Bloodlust, that despair, that Fucking Hatred rip into his heart.

His Oath- his Promise to kill that monstrous Insect- He couldn't forget this- he would never fucking forgive himself if he did!

" Are you capable of Evil?", the man had fresh wounds covered with dark wierd maggots with a Red Chain Symbol on each of their insectoid carapace, his tone absolutely emotionless-yet there was a faint hint of hunger within his Eyes- Hunger to Devour everything that lived!

His words snapped Aavesh out of his Temporary PTSD.

Aavesh merely observed for a brief second before killing intent surged out from his as he spoke with bloodthirst,"Your Demonic Mythic Power- It's Swarm- No, the 'Worm that walks' Mythic Power- how many did you kill to get your current form?"

A hint of surprise came in the Disfigured maggot covered man's eyes, " You recognised this Divine form- how wonderful, I am the Wyrm Tyrant! I killed 10000 New Born Human Dragon hybrid Hatchlings - as I devoured them to create this Perfect Body! Even you can see it's perfection no?! So Now tell me, Are you capable of Evil?"

Narcissism and Delusion oozed out of his Horrific face.

Upon hearing this, killing intent intensified around Aavesh's face, his eyes turning red, as he spoke out hoarsely," You want to find out?"

'Aavesh- calm yourself the Opponent is Beyond Stage 7.0', Coral immediately intervened as she noticed this extreme anomaly in his Emotions, causing Aavesh to pause briefly.

' Coral- mark this Bastard down, Record Everything about him! When the Time Comes- I will Personally rip his head off and burn his Soul till nothing is left!', Aavesh spoke hatefully as he suppressed his overwhelming desire to butcher the Wyrm Tyrant.

How many died like like that person? That Agonizing thought nearly caused him to lose control and start Attacking with full force!

'Aavesh, what's gotten into you- why ?', Coral asked worriedly as she could feel Aavesh's desire to kill the Wyrm Tyrant even at the cost of his own life.

This was new to her!

Aavesh took a deep breathe and controlled his emotions, as he replied to Coral, ' Just know that if It's a personal grudge and an oath to myself '

'to always fucking kill sick bastards like this insect Fucker!', Aavesh kept that last bit to himself.

He didn't need to let her worry about this anymore.

He then saw the Wyrm Tyrant still expectantly waiting for his answer, an actual answer at that.

Controlling all of his emotions and eliminating excess thoughts - he thought about the question briefly and seriously as he still wanted to survive so that he could kill this Puto one Day!

Rationalising his current thoughts about the question as one step closer to killing the Wyrm Tyrant, he thought about it seriously for a few moments.

Meanwhile the Audience gazed with a gaped mouth as they saw Aavesh suddenly lose his cool and calm demeanor - changing into dense killing intent for the Tyrant.

This... was new.

But what did the Wyrm Tyrant do? Did it kill someone close to Aavesh? There were no known records so why...

So why was he reacting like this?

This action was a bit foolish like an Ant Vowing to bite the Tiger to death.

But they didn't expect it from Aavesh who seemed very calm since the start of the Program.

Within the void, Khorramzadeh made few notes as he observed this Suprising reaction,' It's not morals or righteousness - rather it's something very personal to the kid, an interesting weakness to have though, who would've thought I would find a gain like this? Heh!'

'Now that I think about it- this kid dared to eat Blood Roaches and Abyssal Worms, Now he dares to threaten a Worm that Walks- showing that he's got a serious vendetta against Evil Aligned Insectoid Enemies - besides I am sure he has never met him before, became I caught this Wyrm Tyrant in the Blood War and made him my Tyrant slave in my Early days as I found his approach to Demonic Mythic Power quite amusing!'

'Such Peculiar Creatures exist due to Human choosing the path of Evil- Now that's what keeps life interesting to play with', Khorramzadeh grinned as he thought this and watched on.

On the Other hand - Aavesh finally came up with a honest answer after assessing the question and felt it to be a more philosophical question rather than literal.

Aavesh then spoke coldly, " Your Question is purely Philosophical and can be answered just by shifting Perspective - A Logical Paradox "

The Wyrm Tyrant's Eyes glinted upon hearing this and he motioned for Aavesh to continue.

"What Good I do might be Evil in another's eyes, What Evil I do might be Good in another's eyes as well, so if I am doing Good- I am doing Evil as well- To Me it's just like two sides of the same coin, Therefore am I Capable of Evil? then Yes, I am", Aavesh answered in cold logical manner.

"What an objective answer from a kindred spirit who can understand my greatness! You Pass this round - I am extremely satisfied with your answer!", the Wyrm Tyrant smiled at Aavesh warmly- totally ignoring Aavesh's soaring killing intent, pretending that it never existed.

His words had were really testing Aavesh's self control and Temper to butcher this Narcissistic Piece of trash!

But Aavesh controlled himself - for the Time Being Now.

Meanwhile the Audience were Suprised as they only saw a Verbal exchange between The Terrifying Wyrm Tyrant and Aavesh- so the Most Disturbing Tyrant seemed to be satisfied huh?

What the fuck was going on?

Why was this Man Water not starting his 'Maggot inspection test'?

Everyone knew how vile and cruel this bastard was, all of the previous Adhi Maledicts would either be fucking Traumatized from having Maggots roam through their flesh for a good 5 hours or they would have to kill a Newborn Gold Dragon Infant that the Wyrm Tyrant would summon from the Khorramzadeh's Demiplane!

Gold Dragons were benevolent creatures created by Nirvanloka as beings of Absolute Good.

There was no greater Karmic Sin than killing a Gold Dragon Infant!

But the Wyrm Tyrant didn't do shit to the kid now!

They felt that Aavesh was truly blessed with that legendary Glib Tongue that all bards desired - to escape all kinds of situations with just speech- Damn!

The Wyrm Tyrant then simply floated and levitated away as Aavesh gazed on with intense killing intent.

While leaving, the Wyrm Tyrant chuckled and spoke," You wish to know why I respect you so much despite your apparent hatred? I am not insane Aavesh Adhi- you wish to know why I respect you still?"

"You are the only one who recognised my Mythic Power apart from Khorramzadeh! Then you know about the Book of XANTHIR VANG! Only that book would let you recognise this Mythic Power accurately! WHICH MEANS YOU READ IT!"

"YOU WERE GIVEN A CHOICE TO CHOOSE IT! IT CAME TO YOU! IT GAVE YOU THE SACRED OPPORTUNITY! BUT YOU REJECTED IT- FOR NOW... BUT YOUR RAGE AND ANGER WILL ONLY GROW!"

"IT WILL COME AGAIN AND AGAIN UNTIL IT BECOMES YOUR ONLY CHOICE! AND WHEN YOU DO, I WILL BE THERE TO DEVOUR YOU!", The Wyrm Tyrant yelled this out crazily before leaving like a madman who had seen something divine!

Aavesh on the other hand became silent.

The Book of Xanthir Vang, that vile book- heh it came to him when he had become so desperate for revenge that he was willing to do anything for it- maybe it had to do something with his soul being somewhat special - but in the end, a person's phantom arrived and consoled him briefly, he still remembered the strong feelings he felt that day.

Only Feelings left. No other memories.

'I wonder who you are to me? But you should be very close to me to have such strong feelings ', Aavesh thought for a while about the Phantom that saved him from choosing the Swarm Mythic Path... and then remembered the book of Xanthir Vang - the Apostle of the Demon Goddess - One of The Ten Demon Lords closest to Godhood, the Mortal Karyan Man who created his Own form of Demonic Mythic Power that even most denizens of the Abyss fear and dare not tread upon.

He belonged to a former Humanoid Species that shared a lot of Similarities with the Current Human Race, but they were wiped out because of Xanthir Vang...

He is the last Karyan and the destroyer of his own race. Nobody knows why he did it but everyone knows that he was the one who did it.

His legacy - his faith - his greatest Prize- the Book of Xanthir Vang which he narcissistically named after himself.

The Book of Xanthir Vang was the Profane Mythic Icon of the Mythic Power he had created.

It was a mysterious thing - With it's own sentience, it chose its Initiates very weirdly, in an unpredictable fashion- it always offered Most of it's knowledge freely to tempt it's unsuspecting victims while making them sign a Soul level NDA to never let such dangerous information out!

As for the Crucial Core Mnemonics? You would only get it if you agreed to the choice it offered and there were a number of Messed Up things you had to do or just die with your soul bound to that Damn Book.

It was a true scourge and should be considered as a sign of Dark Omen! It doesn't even discriminate against any race and even the Tyranids- who originally didn't have anything to do with it, ended up placing it as a must do part of it's Elite Initiations.

The Book had not come to him in the current Timeline yet, it always hounded him in the previous Timeline though, kept offering him the choice as he always refused.

As for how Aavesh recognised the Wyrm Tyrant's Mythic Power? He read the book and knew how to differentiate a Swarm Clone and a Wielder of the Swarm Mythic Power.

Because there is something Extremely unique to it- A Unique Hive Mind structure that rivalled even Illithid Colonies!

And this Hive Mind was made of the souls of Devoured Beings that had been assimilated into the Swarm- the Mental Power So Dense and Impure that one could only get horrified if they truly tried to understand just what manner it was.

The second obvious reason were the maggots across the Wyrm Tyrant's body- those Maggots were made of human flesh and Devoured spirit of the victims to represent the full Might of a powerful Swarm as shown in that book, the red chains on them? Khorramzadeh's handiwork to keep the Wyrm Tyrant under control.

Aavesh shook his mind as it didn't affect him now, he didn't care how other people thought of it at all, at most he was just going to be hunted down now.

Everyone else was horrified upon hearing this, to them whoever the Book of Xanthir Vang chose- was destined to be a either a Great Warrior or Scourge!

For now Aavesh had rejected the book, which gave them immense relief and they immediately looked at Aavesh in a strange light.

To reject that book, great will was required!

Even Khorramzadeh couldn't help but seriously look at Aavesh now and simply spoke,

"How interesting"

He then began to think of a new plan to include all of Aavesh's new weaknesses and then in few moments chuckled and muttered," Causality is close- You should only have three left, Give me A Surprise Aavesh Adhi!"

But Aavesh remained Unbothered as he couldn't give a damn about Some Cock Bull filth the average person says.

He Then closed his eyes and simply waited for the next Tyrant to come.
