Chapter 102 - Alya's worries.

After Alya parted ways with Haruto, she materialized her physical body outside of the house of Artina and Ben she decided to take a long walk around the village which was bustling with liveliness of the villagers who had been separated for a long time.

As she walked through the town, the calms night breeze brushed against her skin scattering her smooth green hair which flowed down her back nicely. As she made her way towards the center of the village where there were still many people outside, she was stopped by a few villagers who had recognized her as their saviors.

"Oh, lady Alya it's nice to see you again. Will you perhaps be joining us in our celebration for the return of our villagers?"

An old man wearing shabby clothing ask. hearing his question Alya smiled gently before her lips parted.

"Yes, we will be joining the feast. Though, we will be leaving the day after tomorrow."

Alya responded.

"I see were looking forward to seeing you then."

A woman in her middle age standing next to the old man said. Alya nodded her head softly, she couldn't help but think that the atmosphere around the village was rather nice but, despite that....

Though, there were still many villagers mourning over the death of their loved ones as they weren't able to save all the kidnaped villagers from the fate of the goblins. Hearing the sobbing which was barely audible Alya couldn't help but sigh sadly. She had so many different thoughts running inside her head it was hard to keep up with her thoughts.

"The appearance of the symbol of creation, I wonder is it an omen of something good or bad?"

She wondered to herself. In truth she hadn't told Haruto everything about the marking on his skin. Not only were they the key to enter the temple of creation but also, they were essential to accessing the higher realms which were created by the 'God of creation.' now that the symbol of creation has shown itself Haruto's divine aura should now increase in a relatively large degree when compared with before.

"Now that it has come to this, the other elemental spirits would most likely get involved."

She muttered listlessly. The relationship between the spirits is basically at rock bottom at this point, they weren't fighting frequently but, they decided not to get involved in each other's lives. Alya couldn't really remember when last she saw any of them but, with Haruto's appearance she was almost certain that they will make a move towards him sooner or later.

"Three hundred years from now, I will be reborn. please look after the reincarnated version of me and train him well, Alya."

Those were the last words she remembered from the one person she adored most in the world. Alya raised her head upwards towards the starry night sky.

She then continued to walk while her thoughts sprung forward, eventually she ended up inside the dimly lit forest. The sound of beast, insects and monster sounded occasionally.

"Sigh, what do I even want to do? No matter what happens in the end I have already made up my mind. I will support Haruto no matter what."

She said clenching her fist firmly. But then she suddenly turned her head into the western parts of the forest shrouded in darkness. The sound of the trees as well as the rustling of the bushes became audible.

Alya abruptly raised her hand and manipulated the wind creating an invisible barrier around herself.

BOOM!

A fierce wind blew through the surrounding mowing down the trees in the area as Alya's wind shield made contact with a barrage of ice attacks completely freezing an area of twenty radius around Alya.

"As expected from a lowly beast, of course you would resort to such tricks."

Alya said in a slightly mocking tone. Her emerald eyes shone as she stared into the western direction of the forest. Soon the silhouette of a person became visible to the eyes amidst the darkness. The bush rustled as the sound of footsteps trampling the plants became audible.

"Hmph, a mere spirit shouldn't be looking down on anyone."

A displeased Nikita said snorting through her nose in a huff as she folded her arms beneath her voluptuous chest, involuntarily causing her plump breast to jiggle softly. Seeing that Alya's brow twitch slightly.

(Guh, is she showing off?)

She wondered while glaring at Nikita hatefully. While Alya's appearance is rather beautiful, and she had a body that no one could argue about, her appearance was rather childish. When compared with the elegant and calm Nikita there was no comparison at all. Generally, Alya had the appearance of a small girl in her early teens while Nikita had the appearance of a mature woman despite being in her late teens.

(Damn this woman, I knew she was the final boss the moment I saw her)

Alya clicked her tongue in annoyance. While feeling frustrated deep down. She couldn't help but feel inferior when comparing herself to Nikita based on attractiveness.

"Hmm, can you stop looking at me like that? Why does it feel like you want to rip me apart just for existing, did I do something to you by any chance?"

Nikita asked while raising her eyebrow.

"Sigh, its nothing.... can you tell me what do you want? And why did you attack me just now?"

"Well... while I was walking in the village, I saw you heading in this direction and decided to check up on you. It's not like I was worried or anything I was curious about what you were up to."

Nikita said somewhat embarrassed. Her snow-white cheeks were dyed a shade of red while her pupils were darting around uncomfortably. Even though she said she wasn't worried it was evident from her reaction that she was worried.

Seeing that Alya's lips were turned upwards into a slightly happy smile but, she quickly concealed it. Before quickly approaching Nikita for a gentle hug.

"Huh? W-What are you doing?"

An embarrassed Nikita frantically shouted while feeling the warmth of Alya's body through her clothes. Alya didn't answer her question, she simply continued to hug her while enjoying the soft sensation of Nikita's fox tails which brushed against her skin. The two stayed like that for several minutes until Alya opened her mouth.

"..... Hey, Nikita. I think it's okay for us to share Haruto, lets continue to do our best to support him together."

Alya whispered in a gently tone. A sense of determination continued to fill her heart. Even though she was greatly worried about the future all she could do right now is continuing to support him while staying by his side. Alya closed her eyes but-

"H-Hey! Alya! can you let go of my tails already! I already told you their really sensitive~"

Nikita's shout resounded inside the gloomy forest which was carried by the rustling of the leaves blown in the night breeze.

***

Snow shrouded the entire area as the place was dyed white. The northern area of the continent was considered the most dangerous not only was it snowing all the time and its cold temperature was capable of instantly freezing those who are not fully prepared to handle its harsh weather. On the northern side of the continent there were many smaller countries there but, among them there was only one that had reign supreme since its establishment 'Zestril Kingdom' one of the most dangerous nations on the continent, for its cruel actions attacking other nations, But also the northern area was home to the most dangerous beast and monster one could ever encounter which is why it is said that only the strong can survive while the weak will die.

In the center of the 'Zestril Kingdom' there stood tall majestic looking castle that looked like it was made out of ice as the sun rays glittered on the surface. It was a beautiful sight that could easily captivate any who witness it, inside one of the many rooms of the castle the first princess who was in her mid-teens with slightly long silver hair, her eyes as a beautiful silver color similar to her hair which was decorated with a flower clip on the side.

"Sigh, what exactly is dear father thinking? Instead of going down the path of war shouldn't we focus on achieving peace for our kingdom instead?"

She said greatly frustrated, as she fell backwards allowing her body to fall onto her bed. Her beautiful silver hair scattered and became disheveled. She tried countless time to persuade her father down the path of peace as that is the path her late mother wanted but, her father was completely serious about his ambitions of seizing power and control of the entire nations.

A dangerous and foolish dream, the nobles and ministers were also in on the plan with her father, so no one listen to her, thinking that she was still childish and didn't understand war and politics.

The princess felt truly alone, she wasn't even allowed to see the summoned hero.

"What am I going to do?"

She muttered while raising her upper body. Suddenly a small creature hopped into her lap while cuddling itself there. The creature looked like a harmless cat, but its fur was snow white. It has eyes as black as the starless night sky. The silver-haired girl gently petted its fur slowly.

"Hehe... I'm really sorry snow, your right I still have you, don't I?"

She said before looking out the window, the outside showed signs that a snowstorm was slowly approaching, which was a common thing of the northern area. She then continued to pet the white cats' fur while thinking about the future.

The war between Alberta and Zestril was slowly approaching. A war that will change the nations forever.
