Taming Elliott

Elliot was a beastly dragon. He destroyed multiple cities and froze to death about 250 people. Then one day when he met Raymond Siggs. Raymond made it his duty to take this beast he was inclined one day to do it because he saw raymond on TV on the news. newscasters were interviewing the mayor of his town Jepson Riha. he straight out told the newscasters that if they cannot tame this beast into not killing anymore people, he will be executed. Raymond felt sorry for this dragon. he made his mission to find out why this dragon was killing all these people. he felt if he can find out why, he could tame this beast. is raymond going to be sucessful or is he too far gone and not able to be trained?
