The two continued to walk away from the eyes of the people. The farther they got, the more the demons belonging to each side felt like clashing and decimating the enemy. It wouldn't take anything big to set off the fight between the two.
However, unlike what June expected, Charles seemed to be genuinely happy that he came. The banker accompanied him up the express elevator, all the way to the man's office. Instead of chatting to ridicule and mock June, Charles remained quiet. He only had a smile on his face.
