The next day,
Wanryu Middle School, The Principal's Office
"Greetings, Mr. Blake. We've been expecting you after being notified by the elders of the royal family. In fact, we've been strictly ordered to bring you here in case you showed up at a different school." A young man looking to be in his mid 30s bowed before the youth. Despite looking fairly young, this young man was the principal of Wanryu Middle School. His name was Akira.
"Mm, I didn't tell Idiot Kun anything about school yet he figured me out this quickly…I'm impressed." Blake nodded approvingly.
"The royal family has also ordered us to put you into the class with the least number of nobles and children of influential figures to prevent a civil war from starting tomorrow." Principal Akira looked at the clipboard in his hand before reading out its contents.
"Aww~, that's no fun. I haven't been able to beat up arrogant braggards for a while now…Considering your school's founder being a disciple of mine, could you make an exception for me?" [Blake]
"No." Principal Akira replied flatly.
"Please?" Blake asked again.
He really wanted to beat up kids, preferably arrogant children of nobles and influential people. If he could annihilate a few sects and give Idiot Kun a hard time, that would be the best case scenario.
"Still no." Principal Akira still wouldn't budge.
In reality, he was well aware of the grave consequences to the kingdom's peace if he agreed to the reincarnated monster in front of him.
Then again, although reincarnation magic and the existence of the samsara cycle have been proven to be true by thousands of sages in the past million years, Principal Akira was still skeptical about reincarnation until the royal family notified him yesterday.
Plus, it didn't help that the most recent successful reincarnator was the Harbinger of Death, Kurogetto Blake. He felt his head hurting after knowing this reincarnated monster was going to attend his school.
"Oh come on, since reincarnation doesn't let me escape school…I might as well try to make the best out of my school years then…By beating people up!"
"You've been assigned to Class 2B on the 3rd floor of the school. You can leave now." Principal Akira coldly replied.
Seeing that the principal was dead set on making him miserable, Blake stopped his banter and walked towards the door. But before he left, a thought hit him. He proceeded to ask, "One more thing, Akira, is your middle school an all girls school or an all boys school?"
"It's a coed school. You're not some lucky bastard thrown into an all girls school to unexpectedly make a harem, nor are you a beautiful girl carved from jade that makes a reverse harem. Tho, without luck or beauty, I still think it's possible for you to create a harem." [Principal Akira]
"Heh, you think too highly of me. Even when I was an apex existence 500 years ago, I still couldn't pull a girl with my flirting skill. What makes you think I can pull a girl now?" [Blake]
"Haiz, if you used your skill to pull brothers on girls, you'd have thousands of children by now. But sadly, you didn't." [Principal Akira]
"Woah woah woah woah, woah! Hold on for a second, if I were to pull girls like how I pulled my sworn brothers in my last life, I'd be thrown into the depths of Tartarus, watched 24/7 by Hades himself! Do you want me to die so badly?!" [Blake]
"Honestly? Yes." [Principal Akira]
Blake, with his head drooped, walked out of the principal's office silently afterwards.
Class 2B
"Okay class, today we'll have a new transfer student joining us. His name is Blake Chaos and he's a magic cultivator. The principal has asked us to be nice towards the new transfer student."
Whispers rang about after the teacher revealed Blake's cultivation system. In recent years, it was common knowledge for mortals and cultivators alike that picking the path of magic cultivation only leads to problems and disasters.
Due to the mysterious disappearance of Magic Spirits, unless one cultivates to Magic King realm and above, magic cultivators can only be bullied by martial cultivators.
Alas, despite the world looking down on magic cultivators, there were still a number of people who didn't believe in martial supremacy and entered the path of magic cultivation to prove their peers wrong.
But once the decision was made and they had laid a solid foundation for themselves, even when these magic cultivators were looked down upon by the world, they could only grit their teeth and endure till the bitter end.
The majority of magic cultivators who gritted their teeth and endured to the very end did in fact become powerhouses that swept through the world at least once. Most of these magic cultivators also disassociated themselves from their friends and families who looked down on them in the beginning but were now trying to ride on their coattails.
On the other hand, the martial cultivators who received a lot of care and support from their families couldn't understand the mental hardships the magic cultivators faced in their early days and criticized the magic cultivators for being cold hearted towards their own supporters.
Therefore, it was normal for the students of Class 2B to be curious about their new transfer student. Being a magic cultivator has more downs than ups along with plenty of betrayals and drama afterwards. Unless one was an experienced cultivator that has braved through wind and rain, the common people would rather choose the martial path and lead an easier life.
"Student Blake, you can come in now."
