When Jake heard the notifications he sweared he saw angels dancing in front of him, that or he was that mentally exhausted that he was hallucinating.
This time when Jake looked at the options panel another option was unlocked, this was the system shop, when he opened it he saw:

Common 1 Chi Stone-10KP-Chi Stone Effect= When contact is made simultaneously with meditation, will enhance the quality of Qi received through cultivation for a set period of time depending on quality-Quality Effects= 1.1 increase for 10 minute duration
Awakening Fruit-2KP- Awakening Fruit Effects= On consumption, will open a person's meridians allowing them to cultivate and gather Qi in their bodies
Jake scratched his head and stared forward until a voice was heard "To simplify it, the system uses system of tiers Ordinary, Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Mythical and God, each has six parts 1,2,3,4,5 and finally prime, there is also different types of cultivation, body and spirit, Body cultivation or tempering is much more difficult but is also much better than Spirit since it is directly applicable otherwise we have Spirit Cultivation, one adds to their Spiritual Power rather than their physical body, don't worry your meridians were opened when the World Qi seed was granted to this world through your body"
Jake listened and retained as much as he could, getting the gist of it at least. He then bought the Spirit Qi Cultivation manual and a single awakening fruit, this was for his sister.
He then began walking home since he'd just been out running, once he arrived he opened the microwave where he found the dinner his sister would of made for him, he reheated it and sat down to eat.
He then walked into his sister's room and shook her awake, she blinked and tried to figure out who and why she was woken up until she saw her brother, now she only questioned why "Is something wrong Jake?"
Jake shook his head "Nah, I just bought you something to eat and I don't know when it will expire"
Lily blinked but she knew how much her brother worked to earn money so she immediately took the food without arguing, she took a bite, she immediately felt amazing all over, she looked at Jake and thought about how much something like this would cost, she didn't waste time complaining he shouldn't have when he'd done it already, she continued to eat the fruit until nothing but the core was left.
After she finished she felt tingly and warmth for a moment before it returned to normal, she then thanked her brother "Thank you so much Jake" she then gave him a hug
"No problem" he then left the room and closed the door behind himself, he headed back to the couch and only now began following the surprisingly easy steps recorded in the cultivation method.
He felt a warm sensation seep into his skin going right down to his bones before collecting and following a path around his body, it now circulated throughout his body, more and more was added as Jake continued the looped process.
Before he knew it was day break and he was alerted by the rising sun, even though he hadn't slept he felt like he had slept in the perfect position on the perfect bed for the perfect time.
He got up and changed into a pair of clothes neatly folded on the table. He then left the house and headed to a supermarket to go do work, but as soon as he closed the door the voice in his head spoke "It is recommended that you begin another mission"
Jake didn't complain, he opened up he quest board

Jake felt pain thinking about it so he checked the other one:
Gain at least 10 Qi per day five nights
Jake didn't think this one was bad at all until he was told "Previously you cultivated for 6 hours and gained 5 Qi, to gain 10 you would need to reserve half your day"
Jake nodded and exited out, clicking the exercise one. He then got to work for the day with this replacing the old exercise, surprisingly it felt like the original exercise was not even more tiring, he guessed this was why cultivation was so good.
When he returned to his house, instead of going to sleep he cultivated for an hour and a half before going to work for a few more hours, he went back and cultivated for another hour and a half, he then began exercising, luckily he didn't have to do the running since it had been completed whilst he headed between jobs.
This same process was rinsed and repeated five days in a row, apparently he could work more since he had less rest time so he earned more money overall. As he did the final squat he heard the two dings and voice that signalled the completion of a mission.
He then came up with a plan he thought was genius, he would sell the fruit, information and cultivation method to people for lots of money, he bought the fruit and headed down to a research facility that was currently researching what they didn't know was Qi.
They had stated that there was a hefty reward for valid information, while he was walking the voice composed a speech to gain enough of the researchers trust to have them try it.
Randomly out of nowhere a cat with flame marks and a trail of flames ran across the road, getting very close to him but instead of confronting Jake it just continued running past without even caring about Jake.
Jake shrugged and continued walking, but then a 10m tall Great Dane came charging down the street causing minor earthquakes with every gallop.
Jake stared at the spot the dog just was and blinked thrice before heading on down the street until he finally found a large white tiled building with a sign that says Crown Laboratories and walked through the glass automatic sliding doors, the room inside was completely air conditioned.
He walked across the room to the reception, the receptionist looked up "How can we help you today?"
"I've come with valuable information about the world's current situation" Jake responded with the formal tone he was told to use, the receptionist nodded and replied
"Before you agree, a $500 (btw this is AUD since I'm Australian) fine is in place for any who bring false information"
"I am aware of this" The lady hit several keys before smiling
"Right this way then sir" She led him into a room with a singular chair on one side of the room and a desk with three chairs filled by very professional looking people on the other side "Here we are then"
Jake thanked the lady, he then turned to the three people, there were two men and a women, the men wore black suits with ties and everything and the woman wore a plain black dress, Jack began his speech "Good morning"
The people nodded back and Jake began speaking, this took over 15 minutes until he then began finishing up "So as you can see, using these fruit to absorb the substance called Qu causes boosts to all aspects of the body, who would refuse living decades or even centuries longer"
The woman spoke in a calm, cold tone "Can you provide evidence of the effects right now?"
Jake nodded and pulled the backpack he'd borrowed from his sister off his back and pulled out a black, apple like fruit and handed to the woman who didn't hesitate and took a bite, her expression did a 180 and she continued to keep eating.
When she was done Jake then gave her a piece of paper, making sure not to show the people on her left, she read it and followed the instructions for ten minutes before opening her eyes and nodding to the two seated next to her, Jake then spoke according to the voice's instructions"I expect reimbursement for those items"
The three felt this was natural and the chatted together for the final reward, the man in the middle seat then spoke "Including reimbursements worth $30,000 you will be rewarded $1,030,000"
Jake hadn't dreamed of getting anything like that, he then realised he had a problem "I don't have a bank account"
The man smiled seeing a investment opportunity for the future "We will set up a bank account for you, free of charge, come back tomorrow to receive the card"
Jake thanked him, said goodbye to the three and left for his house, strange animals was the topic of this walk with metre long goldfish propelling themselves through the air with large quantities of extremely high pressure water or maybe human sized rats taking human hostages and getting people to be using food as ransom money.
He eventually made it home, drenched and cold but home, he found out his sister was sitting on the mouldy damp couch watching the news on the bulky, small screen T.V, the news channel was the only thing they could watch other than things off discs and they'd watched them twenty times each.
She turned around and smiled "Your home early! She ran up and gave him a hug, sometimes he forgets she is only 13, she has been virtually alone for the past two years, no one at home, no one at school, but that will change now, as long as he goes about it right he won't have to work again and he'll be able to stay with her, he gave her a copy of the cultivation method and left to go quit all fifteen of his jobs.

The woman from earlier, Kate sat down and thought about how nice it was to cultivate, to bad she didn't have photographic memory cause now she couldn't remember how to cultivate .
She sat there for a couple minutes before thinking 'F*ck it' she turned on the laptop and tracked his house down, she then pulled out a couple thousand bucks and then hopped in the car.
