"What are you talking about?" She crossed her arms and narrowed her eyes at the angelic alien. "I'm not moving out of my hometown, let alone this country."
"Why?" I asked although I knew the answer: family. I know I sounded frustrated, and I was. I'm sure I've said it before, but I knew she could travel. I knew she could do more than stay a servant to her siblings ... Or, I guess, bodyguard would be more accurate.
She gave me a stern look, narrowing those beautiful black eyes. My heart skipped a beat, accompanied by a nagging sense of guilt for questioning her.
