"And we have arrived," the bird driver said.
"You haven't answered my question."
"I'll tell you another time, kid. Now, do your business. I will return in two days. If you're not here by that time, then I will assume you dead. Kappa, Yip! Yip!"
The Recpeodatyl shot into the sky and flew away.
"I swear I have heard that 'yip yip' calls before."
"Aidan." Sofiel tugged on his sleeve. "Is this the cave?"
In front of them was a mossy cave. Vines, bushes, and wild grass were all over it. They were currently in some kind of forest. The trees here looked normal. Unlike the ones in the backyard where all the trees were abnormally large.
"The bird driver put us here, so it should be correct. Anyway, he said that he would assume us dead if we don't return in two days. Isn't that bother you?"
"Slightly," Sofiel said. "But, I think we'll be fine."
Aidan nodded. "I hope so."
