Aidan finished his food and talked with Sofiel for a while. They had a lot of laughs and giggle.
After a while, Aidan said his goodbyes and went to the backyard again. He wanted to increase his strength. Talking with her was fun, but he shouldn't be lazy.
And since he had nothing to do, he would just fight another monster.
But this time, Sofiel wanted to join.
"Are you sure you want to join me? I have a terrible fate. Monsters twice my strength keep appearing."
Sofiel nodded. "I am sure we can handle it."
"Alright. But if things go bad, just run."
Sofiel blinked but didn't reply to that.
"Anyway, I have quite a sum of money. Do you want to buy some equipment? I don't understand how external users work. Does a better staff improve your magic?"
Sofiel nodded. "Yes, magic equipment improves our energy, in fact, they could even contain energy which we can use to activate our spells. But you don't have to buy me anything."
