Ling accepted a new quest which was catching the bandits somewhere near the entrance. For him, hunting bandits were better instead of the quest to find a cat. Cats can hide and go to narrow areas particularly the streets, while bandits can be easily lured by lowering their guards and of course showing valuable items that will really pique their attention.
Most of them bandits were trying to get everything in a certain person as long as they can make it useful.

After accepting the quest, Ling immediately headed to the place where the bandits were last spotted. Based on the information he gathered, bandits were usually blocking the path that would lead to the Redist Kingdom. By doing that, they can easily rob some coins or items from the Rankers and Adventurers.
