Ling can't escape from the training at this point, or else, mister Den would fail him in his P.E. class. Well, this was his last year at Hunei and he had only a couple of months before he graduated. So it would be better if he listened to mister Den in the meantime to avoid major problems that might occur in the near future.

After doing suicide for an hour, Ling fell to the ground with his shivering knees. Also, he was trying to catch up with his breathing as he could severe tightening of his chest.

Although he was aware this method was good to enhance their stamina, still, he was afraid to not play Ranker's World Online after this training. "Don't tell me, you are always doing this?"
