When he opened up the red door, the area released strong steam which made him feel a mild heat.

The same as the first two doors, the red door automatically locked as he passed it. Well, despite the fact that he wasn't standing in this room for too long, and yet his entire body was now bathed with his sweat.
Since the door was closed and the room was enclosed which means there was no way for the smoke to come out, this was the reason why it was hotter here.
He shook his clothes just to make air for himself. "It's hot and the steam makes my eyes cry." He said in annoyance as he rubbed his eyes with the opposite hand.
