Even though Samyaza looked down right terrifying with twelve wings that were covered in hundreds of eyes Zeph couldn't help but look at him. It certainly startled him to see what he was seeing after forgetting about that punishment for the most part because he thought his eyes were just playing tricks on him thanks to the lack of sleep, and maybe he was even a little bit frightened, but he wasn't terrified like he felt he should be.
