Zeph screamed out in his head. OX or not he was a raw recruit and this place was absolute chaos. He certainly wished that Captain Halt would have been able to at least get through half of the day's lecture.
He cursed his luck as he ran through what was supposed to be a well-organized dockyard located next to a commercially used pier. Large shipping containers laid scattered about with many of them broken open and spilling out their contents. He could hear screams for help from what he had to guess were trapped dock workers who got caught up in the carnage that followed the massive cargo ship slamming into the pier or whatever was between it and the pier.
