Chapter 6
At this time a boy is seen riding on a horse alone in the jungle. "I need a place to use the aptitude spell before the hearts get rotten after all space rings cannot preserve forever."
I have to reach Harbon port for the enrolment and I need to hide my identity after all his trick can only buy time for him to escape it won't take long before they realize the dead body is not mine.
Leo stooped his horse near a cave, made sure there were no dangerous beasts around, tied the horse far away from the cave and made sure to hide the entrance with bushes and vines. He then started burning some wood took a large pot enough to fit the size of a human and took Vance's corpse and poured his blood into the pot until his body was white. He then took another body and stored its blood in another container and started drawing a circle on the ground and the pot as the centre and drew accordingly as shown in the book. After drawing the magic circle, he placed 20 magic stones on certain part of the circle to power it up since Leo did not have enough mana.
He then took out the hearts and put them inside the pot along with 400 magic crystals. After a few minutes the blood started boiling and the magic circle started shining Leo didn't wait as he jumped inside the boiling pot with a crysantinium flower in one hand and a magic beast horn on the other, he stole both of them few months ago from the main mansion.

Leo wanted to scream but thankfully he made sure to gag his mouth before jumping. He was drowning in boiling blood it was entering his lungs, he wanted to jump out of the pot but if he did that the magic would be failure he thought of his mother, the humiliation he suffered for 7 years and most importantly of magic, this is a fantasy world it has magic, he wanted to learn magic.
"I am not going to die like this not like this in the middle of a jungle in a world of magic No! I am going to survive I will be free and I will see the entire world. "
After 15 minutes the boiling stopped and the pot turned black like tar, he stood up jumped off the pot and vomited black smelly substances. If someone were to see this they would faint.
Leo at with his back on the cave and closed his eyes he was tired. And he didn't have a way to check his aptitude, he would only know if the spell worked or not when he reaches the academy.
Leo stood up took a jar of water and poured it on himself. He then wore his clothes and went out to his horse.
"it's time to continue my journey".
Leo rode the horse until he saw a stream, he got off and decided to take a bath his body was stinky and smelly.
He saw his own reflection his skin was pure white like an albino and his hair turned silver and his eyes was blue, this must be aftereffect of a forbidden spell. Leo then took a knife started cutting his long hair. He never shortened his hair because he wanted the people around to think that he was crazy, so he grew his hair long enough to reach his toes and have always covered his eyes.
"Hmm I look cute" not handsome but cute. I think it's because of my skinny body.
Hey kid its dangerous to be out here all by yourself
Leo looked around to a man getting off his horse and walking towards him, he was wearing fine armour like knight, he had sword strapped on his waist.
Leo stumbled back not expecting anyone to see him.
"don't worry kid I am a knight of Ivor family. I came here to ask for directions".
Leo looked at where the man was pointing to see a luxurious carriage surrounded by armed knights.
Leo was still hesitant to answer.
Seeing this the knight was annoyed "kid tell me where are you going?"
Leo never had a proper communication for seven years; he took a long breath and spoke
"I am going to port Harban sir".
"Let me guess you ran away from home to be wizard" the knight retorted.
Seeing Leo not answering the knight snorted "follow me kid we are going to port Harban too its dangerous for a kid to be alone in the forest"
The knight started walking back to the carriage Leo pulled his horse and followed him/.
"Hey Sully where did you the kid" asked one of the knights
"Some kid who ran away from home to be a wizard" Sully the knight replied.
Haaa ha. Every one of the knights started laughing.
"Kid do you know the chances a mortal has in being a wizard."
"it's 1 in 100 that is in 100 people only 1 can be a wizard" a knight commented.
"You should go back instead of wasting that money," said another.
"what's going on here "a thunderous sound came from the carriage as a middle-aged man looked out of the window.
"My lord one of the knights came across a boy travelling alone to Harban port "one of the knights lowered his head as he answered.
The lord looked at Leos direction and looked at his cloths he was wearing torn cloths and ignored his very existence. "Let's continue our travel we have to reach Harban in 3 days or my children will miss the enrolment.
The knights didn't speak a word and listen to their lords' orders. Leo was not offended he was treated worse by his own family. On his journey he learnt from the knights that Lord Ivor is a noble and a wizard had told him that their children had talent magic. Hence, he decided to travel to Harban port before the enrolment closes.
Leo followed the knights, although they made fun of him, they didn't do anything, they shared their food with and answered his questions about the places and knights patiently.
Like that they reached Harban Port, it was crowded many people commoners and nobles. Near the port was a long line of children with varying age of 10 to 17 both nobles and commoners standing obediently, although the nobles showed disgusted expressions, they wouldn't dare try anything in front of wizards.
Leo got off his horse and stood in the line Infront of him was the lord Ivor's daughter age 15 and son age 13. The knight told him that Lord was lucky that both of his children had aptitude in magic this rarely happens.
The noble children had disgusted face on them, they were certainly not happy.Leo understood this but still stood there knowing that they wouldn't dare try anything here.
