There was no way I could interrupt him so I could only watch while sitting on the staircase how he cried and was stuck in his dream. After a while of crying, he turned around and walked all the way back up. At this point, I stood up and followed him from behind to ensure he wasn't hurt or something. The moment he reached the door, I took the lead and opened the door so he could go in. "I can't possibly leave him by himself." I lament with an awful sigh, after which I help put him to bed.
Maybe I should sit and watch him again, just to make sure he doesn't leave his room if he starts sleepwalking again.
"Don't go." I felt a tug on my sleeve as I stood up from covering Hello with a blanket, his grip had grabbed on tightly so that it seemed almost impossible to make him let go. Ugh!
