"Helio? Um… I mean sir?" What? Why is he calling, what does he mean by where am I? "I'm currently at the hotel, I just got back from the competition." I answer nervously.
Mr Demian looked at me obviously puzzled by my lie but I owed him no explanation but demanded with pleasing eyes not to make a sound. It's silent for a while, almost two silent. The couple in the car also makes no sound. "Hmm." Helio finally says. "Alright then make sure you have enough rest." He tells me.
"Thank you very much, and please have a good night." I waited patiently for him to hang up which eventually lasted longer than thirty seconds, not that I could not hang up on him but I was trying everything possible not to get on his bad side and make mistakes.
Sigh!
I breathe taking the phone away from my ear. Once again the car is silent, just the sound of the speeding car zooming down the free highway.
