At first, I thought I wasn't seeing right, most of all, we weren't expecting any visitors, and if we were to receive any, it would most definitely be the press.
But these people weren't the press, neither did they look like visitors I was expecting, so who exactly were they?
I parked the car away from the house.
"Becca, stay put, don't come out you hear me," I instructed her before coming down.
I walked towards them.
How many were they?
One, two, five, ten, seventeen men, and none of them present looked familiar, plus they looked different, they felt different, like they were on a whole different level.
"Hello gentlemen, are you here for someone?" I asked them.
I could sense the red flags the moment I approached them, but I knew I had it in for me if I dared to run away.
These people weren't someone I'd take for granted, and it was visible.
Slam!
I heard the door of my car slam shut.
