The air around felt good, at least for me.
"Arnold, sweetie, get over here, dad's home." I called out to him.
Arnold got on his feet, his toys littered all over as he ran towards me with glee. I took him by the hand, the both of us waiting outside to meet Demian who's driven in.
"There they are." Demian said as Arnold ran towards him. "You look taller than the last time I saw you, what have you been up to kiddo."
Like always, Arnold loved having his hair ruffled by his father, his red cheeks were proof of his satisfaction, like a cat he would purr under Demian's hand. "And what about me." I asked from behind.
"Well, there's no way I would forget about the beautiful Mrs. Demian." His arms spread out as we embraced before kissing. "You seem to be glowing, something's up right, huh, something's up with you, and I think it's something good as well, care to tell me what it is."
