I sat still, rubbing Helio's back as he cried his eyes out. I'm not even sure what I'm doing anymore, a part of me was very willing to run away and another part of me wants to bring Helio out of the darkness that consumed his heart. Up until Helio calmed down, I did not let go and gave him the support he needed, if only I had known that it would lead us to another round of emotional sex of mixed-up feelings.
I was wrapped tightly in his arms, he was fast asleep and yet wasn't letting go even after everything. "So you had a scar that's hard to heal," I whisper.
