-When one creates a World, they also establish its rules. It seems that the creator of this World didn't want unnatural use of the Fate or Karma Element.
-I realized this while you were in the Gravitas Ruins, since granting you both the Fate and Karma Affinities were blocked by the rules of the World. Somehow, even my scan of the World was blocked and it made me believe there were only 27 Elements, not 28.
