A Blood Bead? That's it? I'd ask how to get one, but I think this has answered the question for me. William thought as he looked at the Blood Bead in his hand.
It made sense, technically, but William was used to the Potential Points requirement when raising his Talents.
Without even asking a question, the System answered for him.
-Ascending a Talent requires more than just energy. Even I cannot do so easily, and avoiding this method would cost too many Potential Points than you have even now.
