"I'm not even disrespecting you, I am just walking away" said Benjamin as he stood in front of her.
"But it's disrespect to leave your employers little sister alone when she asked for your help" said Lulu as Benjamin felt a vein in his head pop.
"But what do you even need help with in a place like this??!!" asked Benjamin in utter confusion.
"Well I need to feel safe here, there are creepy people everywhere, I need someone to watch me" said Lulu as Benjamin scoffed at her reply.
"You can watch yourself I am done" said Benjamin.
"Bummer, my brother won't be happy to hear that when I call him and tell him that you were mean to me" said Lulu with a mischievous grin on her face.
"You wouldn't dare" said Benjamin as he looked at her.
"Oh I will, and when I do you are going to be in serious trouble Benji" said Lulu with a smile as Benjamin was resisting the urge to explode right now.
"No I won't your brother is a very reasonable man, call him and tell him your side of the story and I will tell him mine, and how you literally dragged me away from my work to come here with you" said Benjamin as he was not going to let himself be intimidated by an annoying girl like her.
"Oh he might be a reasonable man truly… but at the end of the day he is still a man" said Lulu with a smile.
"A very highly stressed man for that matter, and when he hears he almost broke down in tears voice of his dear little sister he won't even care for your side of the story, you are going to be in serious trouble dear Benji, and I'm sorry to say that you won't like to hear my brother when he's angry" said Lulu with a evil smile on her face.
She of course had no intention of calling Dom, she only wanted to use his name to ensure that Benjamin stayed with her, of course her brother wouldn't take her side, but he didn't know that.
Benjamin scoffed as he and Lulu locked gazes, neither willing to back down. Lulu shot him a smug smile and Benjamin concluded at that point that she was the most insane woman he had ever met in his entire life, he cursed the day he met her, but he also didn't want to lose his job over a small unreasonable matter like this.
"Fine" said Benjamin as he gave in with reluctance.
"That's what I thought Benji, good call" said Lulu with a smile as Benjamin scoffed.
"I will watch you, because that's what you asked for, how long do you plan to stay here?" asked Benjamin as he returned to his professional self.
"About an hour" said Lulu.
"Alright then Miss White continue on" said Benjamin.
"That's the spirit Benji!" said Lulu happily as he scoffed.
"I am so happy that you kept your promise and answered my call like you said you would" said Lulu.
"I really appreciate you for that Benji" said Lulu with a smile as Benjamin frowned.
"That's not my name, stop calling me Benji" said Benjamin in annoyance.
"Does it annoy you that much that I call you Benji?" asked Lulu.
"It's not my name" replied Benjamin.
"Hmm okay, okay, I hear you, let me give you a cooler nickname, how about Ben? It's nice short and sweet?" asked Lulu with a smile as Benjamin sighed.
"Just do whatever you want" said Benjamin because at this point, he was tired of arguing with her.
"Great! Come on Ben" said Lulu as she smiled and Benjamin followed after her.
"Here Ben, change your shoes" said Lulu as she handed him a pair of bowling shoes as she looked at him with a smile.
"I am not here to bowl, I am here to watch you" replied Benjamin plainly.
"Oh well alright, suite yourself" said Lulu with a smile, she wasn't going to force him to play, she had already forced him a lot today.
…
Benjamin sighed to himself, he had been sitting here for the past hour watching Lulu bowl terribly, she was like a cat in a skating rink that managed to hold a bowling ball with it's claws, to say that she was terrible at bowling would be an understatement.
Lulu pursed her lips, she was starting to get annoyed, she thought that this would be easy, but little did she know that she was terrible at bowling to the point that she had not gotten a single strike.
Lulu turned around to see Benjamin sitting down, looking as if he was bored out of his mind, well that was his fault, she had thought that they could have fun together here, but he refused.
Lulu shook her head, he really was angry that she dragged him out here this time, but it was his fault, could you blame her when he was so annoying?? She honestly just wanted to hang out with him, of course the simple solution to this would be for her to ask Dom to transfer him to be her bodyguard, but she didn't want that, he was her friend after all.
Sure she was a bit crazy, and a huge troublemaker, but in all retrospect if he had just accepted her friendship she wouldn't have to go to these extreme lengths.
Lulu walked to Benjamin and sat down beside him and ate the fries she ordered, which he did not touch.
"*Ugh* my hands are aching at this point, why do those bowling balls have to be so heavy?" asked Lulu as she knew she was practically whining to herself since Benjamin was bent on not saying anything at all.
"Anyway Ben won't you eat anything? You've been sitting here for close to an hour" said Lulu with a smile as she looked at Benjamin who said nothing and just looked at her.
"Don't you have any friends?" asked Benjamin as he broke the silence between them.
"Yes I do" replied Lulu.
"Then why don't you hang out with them instead?" asked Benjamin with a sigh as he was not dumb, he knew that Lulu just used this to try to hang out with him, which he did not like at all.
"Well I am already very well grounded with my friends, and you are one of my friends, and friends hang out don't they?" asked Lulu.
"Well I don't want to hang out, and correction I am not your friend, just your trainer" said Benjamin as Lulu laughed.
"Oh Ben, you are my friend, and you are wayyy too uptight, you rarely laugh or smile, and I do admit that I am a bit troublesome" said Lulu.
"A bit??!" asked Benjamin in shock.
"Alright geez, a lot, but you are as annoying as I am, and that's hard for me to say" said Lulu.
"Well I like to hang out with my friends, and my friends should learn to live a little and be less stiff" said Lulu with a smile as she handed him a can of soda as he stared at her.
"Take it" said Lulu with a smile as Benjamin just stared at her.
"Alright fine if you drink it we can go back home" said Lulu as Benjamin raised an eyebrow at her, wondering if she was telling the truth.
"You sure about that?" asked Benjamin carefully.
"Yes I am, drink the entire thing then we can go and I will bother you some other day, so be ready" said Lulu with a smile as she laughed when she saw the annoyed expression on his face.
Benjamin just shook his head as he took the can from her and opened it and drank from it quickly.
"Gosh slow down Ben, don't give yourself hiccups" said Lulu as Benjamin finished the soda and threw the can in the trash.
"Alright let's go now, but be prepared for our next hangout, I have a feeling that bungee jumping is interesting" said Lulu as Benjamin looked at her with a shocked expression.
"Oh relax, I am just joking come on, I feel like getting some ice cream before we go home, let me drop you off" said Lulu with a smile as she stood up and Benjamin followed after her.
…
Natasha was busy working in her office when her phone suddenly rang and she idly picked up the call.
"Hello" said Natasha as she put her phone to her ear.
"Hello devochka (girl) long time no see" said Romanoff with a smile as Natasha scoffed and stopped what she was doing.
"I could say the same to you" she replied.
"You never call" said Romanoff.
"Because I have no reason to" replied Natasha bluntly.
"Oh really?? What about my Jeanie? You do not care about her?" asked Romanoff.
"I talk to Jean at length, you and I on the other hand have nothing to talk about" said Natasha.
"That was cold devochka (girl) even for you, to say such to your uncle" said Romanoff.
"Oh please we aren't even related" said Natasha with a scoff as Romanoff smiled.
"So how are you?" asked Romanoff.
"I am alright, and I believe you are doing well since you have the time to call me" said Natasha.
"Oh so you did miss not hearing me devochka (girl)" said Romanoff with a chuckle.
"Not at all Romanoff, so don't flatter yourself" replied Natasha.
"Right" said Romanoff as he laughed.
"So how is Joy?" asked Romanoff.
"She's alright" said Natasha.
"That's good, and how is your husband?" asked Romanoff as he asked the question Natasha knew he would.
Of course he only called her because he probably knew that the cargo ship had left and he was fishing for information.
"He's alright" she replied plainly.
"I see and how are things at the company going? I know that he is a very busy man" said Romanoff.
"Well fine, things are perfectly fine Romanoff" said Natasha.
"That's good then" said Romanoff.
"Romanoff what do you know about Igor?" asked Natasha suddenly as Romanoff frowned.
"Nothing, the bastard is nowhere to be found, don't go looking for him devochka (girl), I warn you" said Romanoff seriously.
"I won't, don't worry, I know better than to go looking for more criminals" said Natasha simply.
"Hmm, you better be serious about that Natasha I am not joking with you, leave Igor alone" said Romanoff in a very serious warning tone.
"I heard you Romanoff, I have to go now, take care" said Natasha as she did not even give him a chance to reply and she ended the call.
Romanoff shook his head, he really hoped that Natasha wouldn't go getting herself into unnecessary trouble.
