"My darling, remember to change to your pyjamas and put your dirty clothes in the laundry basket" said Natasha as Joy ran up the stairs.
"Okay mommy" said Joy as she giggled and Natasha smiled as she cleared the dining table and Lulu helped her.
"I will take that" said Lulu as she took the empty dishes from Natasha with a smile.
"Thank you Lulu" said Natasha with a smile.
"You see, I am no freeloader, I am a good help" said Lulu as she laughed.
"That you are Lulu" said Natasha as she laughed.
"But you know I prefer your presence here better than you helping out" said Natasha with a smile.
"You see brother, I'm not annoying like you say I am, Natasha loves my presence here" said Lulu as she made a funny face at Dom who shook his head.
"I still conclude that you are annoying" said Dom as he laughed.
"Natasha, did you hear what he said, punish him and make him take it back" said Lulu as she looked at Natasha.
"Lulu, just ignore him, nothing he says is important" said Natasha.
"That is true" said Lulu as Dom could not believe that his sister and Natasha were ganging up against him.
"Yes it is, don't mind him, just ignore, him, how else do you think that I have been able to bear him for so long?" asked Natasha as Dom felt like that was a really personal hit.
"You really have Natasha, you really have" said Lulu as she laughed and she walked out of the dining room to put the dishes away.
"You bear me a lot don't you?" asked Dom as Natasha looked at him.
"It's not my fault that that's a fact" replied Natasha with a quick smile as Dom's phone beeped as he looked at It and stood up.
"Charlie's outdone himself this time" said Dom.
"What did he do?" asked Natasha.
"I asked him to build Meggie a pen, and he just told me that he's done" said Dom.
"That was fast" said Natasha.
"Yes It was, Joy is going to love it" said Dom as he walked out of the dining room to the stairs.
"My princess, can you come down here, I have something very special to show you" said Dom as Natasha walked up the stairs and Joy ran down the stairs in her pink pyjamas while giggling.
"What is it Daddy?" asked Joy as Dom picked her up.
"Uncle Charlie made something for you in the garden, we are going to see it" said Dom as he smiled and Joy giggled.
"Oooh what is it daddy?" asked Joy in excitement as Natasha walked down the stairs.
"It's a surprise my princess" said Dom.
"Okay daddy" said Joy as she giggled and nodded her head as Natasha put Joy's coat on her.
"It's cold outside my darling" said Natasha as she smiled.
"Mommy, mommy, come with us outside to see the surprise" said Joy as she giggled.
"Alright my darling, let's go" said Natasha with a smile.
…
Charlie was busy sanding out wood as he heard the sounds of voices and footsteps as he put the finishing touches and stood up.
"Alright princess, you have to close your eyes" said Dom as Joy nodded as the sky was already dark and all the lights were on.
"On second thought, I don't trust you" said Dom as he laughed and he covered Joy's eyes with his big hand.
"No fair daddy, I won't peek" said Joy as she giggled and Natasha laughed.
"Alright, you can open your eyes on the count of three" said Dom with a smile as Charlie gave him a sign to give him one minute as Dom nodded and Charlie got a bucket on paint as he quickly painted something on a block of wood.
"Alright princess, are you ready?" asked Dom as he smiled and Charlie nodded.
"Yes daddy, I am very ready" said Joy as she nodded her head.
"Alright, one, two, three" said Dom as on the count of three he removed his hand from Joy's face as Joy gasped.
"*Gasp*" gasped Joy as she could not believe what she was seeing, she saw a newly built chicken pen with a little tiny house in the garden.
"A chicken house for Meggie?" asked Joy as she looked at Dom.
"Yes princess, It's for Meggie" said Dom as he smiled as Joy's eyes lit up.
"Thank you daddy, thank you, thank you" said Joy as she hugged Joy and he smiled.
"You are welcome princess" said Dom with a smile.
"Hey, you are forgetting who spent all afternoon on this" said Charlie as Joy looked at him and Dom put her down as she ran to Charlie.
"Thank you uncle Charlie, thank you, it's very wonderful, I love it" said Joy as she hugged Charlie.
"That's better, you are welcome princess" said Charlie as he smiled.
"You really outdid yourself this time Charlie" said Natasha with a smile, she was impressed to say the least.
"Why thank you Natasha, as you know, anything for my lovely niece" said Charlie with a smile.
"Mommy, mommy look, It looks so pretty" said Joy as she giggled and looked at Natasha.
"I know it Is darling" said Natasha with a smile.
"Meggie will love it" said Joy as she was happy that she would not have to make Meggie sleep in a box.
"Wow Uncle Charlie, you made it very pretty, I love it so much, thank you" said Joy as she gave Charlie a kiss on the cheek and he smiled as she ran around the pen.
She was so happy that their garden was big and it had extra space for something like this.
"Mommy, mommy, what does this say?" asked Joy as she pointed at a bunch on orange painted letters on the wood.
"That says Joy and Meggie my darling" said Natasha with a smile.
"Uncle Charlie, did you paint that?" asked Joy as she looked at Charlie and he smiled.
"Yes Princess I did, and I painted it in your favourite colour" said Charlie with a smile.
"Oh thank you uncle Charlie, you are the best" said Joy happily.
"Oh I know princess, now please repeat that again so I have no competition" said Charlie as he brought out his phone to record Joy as she giggled.
"Really Charlie?" asked Lulu as she walked to where they all were and she shook her head.
"Hey, I want no competition, this settles it, so please repeat what you said again princess" said Charlie as he smiled.
"Don't do it princess, he will use it to brag" said Lulu.
"Aww come on Lulu, don't be like that, gosh" said Charlie as Natasha and Dom both laughed as they stayed out of it.
"Mommy, mommy, can I get some chicken pyjamas so I can match with Meggie, I am sure that she will love it" said Joy.
"Alright princess, you can" said Natasha with a smile.
"Yayyy, I am going to get Meggie and show her, her new home" said Joy as she ran quickly to get Meggie.
"She really does love that chicken" said Charlie as he laughed.
"That she does" said Natasha as she laughed and sighed.
…
A few days later.
"Mommy, can Meggie and I go to the park?" asked Joy as she walked into Natasha's room as Natasha was working on something on her laptop.
"I can't go out with you my darling, if your Aunt Lulu can go with you, then you can go" said Natasha.
"Okay mommy, thank you" said Joy as she smiled and ran out of Natasha's room in the opposite direction as she knocked on a closed door.
"Come in" came Lulu's voice from inside her room as she typed something on her laptop.
"Aunt Lulu, are you busy?" asked Joy as she walked into Lulu's room.
"Well I am never to busy for you my lovely niece, so what's up?" asked Lulu as she looked at Joy with a smile.
"Aunt Lulu, Meggie and I want to go to the park, can you come with us?" asked Joy with a smile.
"Sure my sweet niece, let's go, I can finish this report later" said Lulu as she smiled.
"Yayyy, thank you Aunt Lulu!" said Joy excitedly as Lulu laughed at Joy.
"You are welcome Joy, now go wear your shoes and we can go" said Lulu with a smile as Joy nodded and ran out of her room as Lulu closed her laptop and walked to her closet to get her shoes as she walked out of her room.
"Let's go get Meggie the chicken" said Lulu to herself as she laughed and walked down the stairs out the kitchen to the garden as she saw Meggie walking around in her pen.
"Here chick, chick, we are going to the park to have fun" said Lulu as she opened the pen and carried Meggie.
"You know Meggie, you are one calm chicken" said Lulu with a laugh as she could not believe that she was talking to a chicken right now.
