Chapter 363 - Hide it

The next Friday.

Natasha looked at her watch and she scoffed, this was annoying, she didn't even know why she agreed to meet Romanoff here, she wondered if she was in her right senses when she told him that she would meet him here.

And to make matters worse, he was late as always, Natasha was sure that Romanoff always arrived late on purpose, it made her dislike him even more.

"And of course he probably stood me up" said Natasha as she scoffed, it was 10am and Romanoff was nowhere to be found, he had asked her to meet him in a park out here and here she was, and she could not see him anywhere.

"I am not doing this, I have so many important things to do than to stay here and let him waste my time" said Natasha to herself as she scoffed, she stood up from the bench and she proceeded to walk away when she heard her name being called.

"Natasha" called Romanoff as he walked to the bench and she turned to look at him as she narrowed her eyes at him.

"You like to stand me up on purpose now don't you?" asked Natasha in an irritated tone.

"If you think so devochka (girl) then so be it" said Romanoff as Natasha scoffed.

"Now tell me devochka (girl), what is this that I am hearing about a husband?" asked Romanoff.

"Don't pretend like you didn't know Romanoff, you investigated everything about my life, you should know that" said Natasha.

"Well no, I did leave certain things untouched devochka (girl)" replied Romanoff.

"I don't believe you, yes I have a husband, he's Joy's father, why do you think that my last name is White?" asked Natasha as she could not believe that Romanoff claimed not to know that about her.

"I don't know devochka (girl), I thought it was your choice of name or whatever, but that does not matter, your husband happens to be the CEO of that company right?" asked Romanoff.

"Yes he is" said Natasha.

"What are the odds?" asked Romanoff.

"And he Is Joy's father? Last time I heard about him you said that your relationship was not good" said Romanoff.

"Yes, it is not, we are not on good terms due to some reasons" said Natasha.

"I don't believe that devochka (girl), I saw you kissing him, why would you kiss a man that you are not on good terms with?" asked Romanoff.

"That's because I was trying to hide from you but it backfired" said Natasha to herself in annoyance.

"None of your business Romanoff, tell me how you saw me, and also how you know about my husband's company?" asked Natasha.

"Touché devochka (girl), Touché" replied Romanoff with a smile.

"I can't tell you that it is confidential" said Romanoff with a smile.

"How confidential? I should know" replied Natasha.

"Nice try devochka (girl) but no" replied Romanoff with a smile as Natasha scoffed.

"Well then, what exactly did you call me over here for Romanoff?" asked Natasha.

"I want you to meet someone who is very close to me devochka (girl)" replied Romanoff.

"Oh and who might that be?" asked Natasha as she found this suspicious.

"She is on her way now" replied Romanoff as a woman with brown hair caught sight of him and she waved at him with a smile as he waved back at her and Natasha turned to look at who Romanoff was waving to and she saw a young brown haired woman walking towards them.

"Hi" said the woman as she hugged Romanoff and she gave him a kiss on the cheek as Natasha was surprised to say the least, just who would Romanoff allow to hug him.

"I hope that I did not keep you waiting long?" asked the woman with a smile.

"Not at all" replied Romanoff as Natasha wondered what was going on here.

"Oh hi, my name is Jean" said the woman as she looked at Natasha and she smiled.

"Hi" replied Natasha as she was lost.

"Natasha this is Jean, she is my…" said Romanoff as Natasha cut him off.

"Hold on here Romanoff, hold on" said Natasha as she narrowed her eyes at him, she really hoped that this wasn't what she thought it was.

"Don't tell me that she is your…" said Natasha as she could not even say it out, she could not believe that Romanoff could be so perverted like this to ruin the life of a young girl who looked younger than she was.

"You should be ashamed of yourself Romanoff, I thought that you were better than this" said Natasha in disappointment as Romanoff just let her speak.

"Jean, my advice to you, this old man has nothing to offer you, I tell you just to take all his money and run away" said Natasha as Jean looked at her in confusion.

"Devochka (girl), you jump into conclusions way too quickly" said Romanoff.

"She is not my lover devochka (girl)" said Romanoff.

"She's not?" asked Natasha as she found that hard to believe, she could not believe that Romanoff would ask her to come here just to introduce him to his lover who was old enough to be his daughter.

"No, she's not" replied Romanoff.

"Then who Is she?" asked Natasha as she didn't get what was going on.

"She's my daughter…" said Romanoff as he looked at Jean who smiled at him.

"You have a daughter??" asked Natasha as she could not believe this.

"Yes Natasha, I have a daughter" said Romanoff as he looked like Natasha who was looking at both him and Jean in disbelief.

"Jean is the daughter of the only woman I loved, and she Is also my daughter" said Romanoff as he, Natasha and Jean were in a café together as they sat at a table.

"But I did not know that she existed, her mother never told me that she was pregnant, and things happened, I left and I didn't know that I left Jean as well" said Romanoff.

"But she started to look for me, and she found me" said Romanoff as Jean smiled at him and Natasha looked at the both of them, she did see the little similarity, Jean had Romanoff's nose for sure.

"I'm so sorry Jean, I jumped into conclusions too quickly, I thought you were his… *Ahem*" said Natasha as Jean cleared her nose and she laughed.

"It's fine Natasha, really, I don't mind" said Jean as she laughed.

"I am just so happy to finally meet you, my father has told me so much about you" said Jean with a smile.

"He has?" asked Natasha in surprise.

"Mhmm, you are his niece, which makes us cousins, I am so happy to meet more family members from my father's side" said Jean.

"You two seem so close" said Jean with a smile.

"Oh we aren't" replied Natasha and Romanoff at the same time as they looked at each other and Jean laughed, when she first met her father, he looked like such a hard, rugged man, but with Natasha, she was surprised, he didn't even get offended that Natasha insulted him and told her to run away with all his money when she thought that she was his lover.

"Believe me, we aren't close, I only just met him as well" said Natasha as she drank her tea.

"Oh really now? He didn't tell me that" said Jean as she looked at Romanoff and his phone rang.

"Excuse me" said Romanoff as he stood up and walked away as he answered his call.

"How old are you Natasha, if you don't mind me asking" said Jean with a smile.

"I'm 26, and how old are you?" asked Natasha with a smile.

"No way, I'm 25, we are so close in age" said Jean as she laughed and Natasha laughed.

"I find your interaction with my father funny, you told me to run away with all his money" said Jean as she laughed.

"Right, sorry about that, I was just shocked that he would date someone as young as you are" said Natasha.

"And you immediately started to scold him" said Jean as she laughed.

"Well yes I had to, he could not just call me here to make me see that nonsense" said Natasha as she laughed.

"Oh I love you so much, you are so bold and you don't take nonsense, I thought that you would be scared of him" said Jean with a smile.

"No, I am not scared of him, aren't you scared of him?" asked Natasha gently.

"Well no, all my life, I've been looking for my father, hoping he would come back, when I asked my mom, she wouldn't tell me anything about him… I grew up wanting to meet him, and then when my mom passed I found some letters from my father, and I went looking for him and I found him" Jean with a smile as Natasha smiled.

"You don't hate him?" asked Natasha.

"No I don't he didn't even know about me, my mom kept us apart, and he apologized for not coming to search for me" said Jean.

"I love my father, even though I just met him, I am so happy that I have him now" said Jean with a smile as Natasha smiled.

"One thing Romanoff cherishes Is family, he cares for his family so much, so I can imagine how guilty he feels for not being there when you were growing up" said Natasha with a smile.

"I feel the same as well" said Jean with a smile.

"You know Romanoff well, can you tell me some things about him?" asked Jean with a smile.

"Well I don't really know much, but one thing you should know is that is very protective, get ready to have him following you everywhere and watching you without your knowledge, he tends to do that quite a lot" said Natasha.

"He does?" asked Jean in surprise as Natasha laughed.

"Yes he does, take it from me, he was watching me for 26 years without my knowledge at all" said Natasha as she laughed and Jean laughed.

"What are you both laughing about?" asked Romanoff as he sat down.

"You dad" said Jean with a smile.

"Good things or bad things?" asked Romanoff in suspicion.

"A little bit of both" said Jean as she laughed and Natasha laughed as Romanoff was regretting making the two of them meet.
