"You got him?"

"Yes, young master, he's inside. Please watch your steps."

"All of you wait here," I ordered as I entered an old cell room.

The place stinks and the moon's light is the only light inside.

An old man crooked sitting on a chair while chained is staring straight at me.

He smiled. "Oh wow! ah yes, yes, is it that time again? Welsh Lewis? or was it, Lewis Welsh? — the Duke of the South heir, and one of the candidates on the throne"

"You knew me?" I sat in front of him

"Of course, of course, I know, I know. I also know who you really are"

I was surprised that it made him smile more

"What do you intend to say" glaring at him

"Lewis Welsh or if I can have the honor to speak your name, Your Majesty the Crown Prince— Clyne Austyn"

"Huh, HOW DID Y—"

He loudly laughed. A laugh that echoes all over the room

"Yes! Yes! I know— I know, I know everything! The three unique individuals— the pillars of tragedies!" He bent down thinking "What was it, what was it? It's my job, it's my job, I knew, I knew AH—hehhehehehehehehe" Again he smiled.

I stayed quiet as I waited for his following words. I couldn't even blink or breathe calmly. I have this bad feeling inside me. As if it's telling me to listen.

The old man looked up straight into my eyes and smiled. "YES-YES! A transmigrator, a summoned, and a traveler. The pillars of this world! The loading points!"

"A loading— Hah?"

I can't feel my hands or my feet anymore. I am chained, caged, and starved for weeks. Getting discriminated against for who am I and being viewed as different and contagious by everyone just because I am different —only this guy standing in front of me asked me something I wanted.

"Speak, this is the only chance you'll have in your life"

'He's right..... the only chance I have..... What I want....'

I mustered all strength left within me to say the word "—Freedom" that god knows when I'll be given another chance to speak it again.

"If I give you freedom, what's there for me?"

"Victory…. I shall present you the victory of this war"

I need to leave before I'll get more attached.

'It will be hard to leave if that happens' I carried my bag and started to walk towards the North.

I could hear the faint sound of someone running behind me. It stopped and asked, "If we meet again, will you tell me another story?"

Hearing her ask gave me a lot of thoughts in my mind. 'I don't even know if this journey would be my last...' although I want to say that, I couldn't muster the strength to speak. I could only stop and look back at her as I replied "—Yeah, I will.." thinking that maybe a white lie is better than goodbye.
