Erica stared at him long and hard. She had never seen such a well-crafted face before. He looked familiar, yet she had never seen him before.
The room became awkwardly silent as the two stared at each other. Igram felt the urge to run up to her and hug her. It felt like he had not seen her for a while, but he had to control himself not to spook her.
Fiona noticed and loudly cleared her throat.
"Well, my son even took a bath," she said as she walked to stand beside her son.
"He is handsome, isn't he?" Fiona asked, brushing her hands through Igram's hair.
Igram's cheeks turned red out of embarrassment as he grabbed onto his mother and led her out of the kitchen. Erica was left staring at the door, unsure of how to react.
She turned and faced Abby.
"The mother is a little on the hyper side," Abby stated as Faith waved at Erica.
