Song Ci crossed her arms and thought it through for a moment. It would be better to meet Qian Wu in person and have a talk. While she was pondering, Qian Wu was also doing the same.
"Give up," Qian Wu said to Shi Mingyu. "What's Song Ci's current status? My last movie was only in theatres for seven days. How much was the box office? Less than a hundred thousand! Why would she act in my movie?"
"She just told me that she's interested in the script." Shi Mingyu rubbed his brows and tried his best to explain.
Qian Wu sneered. "She's just being polite. Don't you understand? What else could she say? That you're not worthy?"
Shi Mingyu frowned. "She's not that kind of person. When I was working with her, she took the initiative to cut some of her scenes to better fit her character. She's really serious about her work. Since she said she's interested, it must be true."
