"Do you guys have history?" Maggy said as she saw the expression on Wayne's face.
"Kind of... It's a bit complicated," Wayne said as he deeply thought about the request.
"What did you mean deadbeat heroes?" Wayne said as he didn't want to say he would do it if it meant risking his life.
"Exactly what it sounds like. They're in the hero class, hence why I couldn't get him myself," Maggy said. She saw Wayne looking a bit discouraged, so she tried pleading in a different way to sway his mind.
"P-Please! He's my father. He is the one that's supposed to be running the shop, not me, I thought his business with these guys would be over by now, and things would go back to normal, but it's been six months!"
Wayne let out a heavy sigh as he heard Maggy's pleading, but he was trying his best not to fall for it. He knew he had a big heart.
"This is a lot of work just for directions," Wayne said, rubbing his forehead.
