When Ryan opened the scroll he found two different mana signatures on it. One belonged to Elijah and the other was not even remotely familiar to him but one thing was very striking about it. The mana signature had a slight resemblance to dragon mana.
Ryan at first thought that Elijah was in danger but then he remembered that his friend is currently the strongest human on planet Earth. Of Course he cannot say the same about hybrids. He was currently flying towards New Vegas because according to Umbra it was somewhere in the outskirts of the city. Ryan's speed was not restricted anymore so he could reach anywhere he wanted within minutes. Ryan flew over Vegas until he saw a uniquely shaped building which looked like a dome.
