When Ryan left the Apex it was already night so he had limited time before he needed to return. He used the map on the screen to locate the council building. He sped up his bike, almost hitting its top speed. To the bystanders, he seemed like a blur but some people noticed him.
Ryan felt a few visions locked at him but soon they disappeared. He thought 'I am surprised that they hide so well among the normal citizens.'
Umbra was still furious so she kept quiet and just watched everything happening with Ryan's eyes.
Ryan soon saw a building that had heavy security and was probably protected by multiple barriers. He thought 'Let's see if they can find me.'
Ryan stored his bike mid-air and spread his obsidian wings. He restricted all the mana flow from his body and blocked his smell.
