As he drove the bus back to Redbury, Chris could not easily come to terms with the reality that his freefall sexual moments had since become circumspect and unpredictable. With his imagination engulfed in their bygone bedroom moments, his concentration on the busy highway also took a toll. Out of the blues, it was all horns as the driver of a speeding BMW pointed at him in frustration as he eventually overtook his dragging bus.
"Get the duck off! Why are you sleeping on the road?" the impatient BMW driver added a shout to his attention-drawing horn as he overtook him.
