Jason could not believe that he had just procured a stand in an upmarket residential location so fast. As much as some would dub the manner in which he did so as nepotism, to him it was connectivity. His childhood friend had done just what friends are expected to do for each other from time to time. As he drove back to his place, Jilian's promise to assist him when it came to the construction work of the stand-in question filtered into his imagination. He asked himself several questions and came to the conclusion that her vow delivery would most likely come to fruition if he plays to her bossy cards and that meant continuing to be the decorated and highly revered architect he was known to be, let alone remaining a rubber stamper of her intimate interests which would come at the aggravated expense of his estranged relationship with Delia.
