As the elevator was going through the shaft, Jasmine held onto Sebastian and Sebastian held on to her. The employees had heard the elevator going down the shaft and called someone. The elevator crashed onto the floor and Sebastian hit his back and head on the floor as it crashed. He was now unconscious. Jasmine laid on him, opened her eyes, looked around, saw blood, and widened her eyes. She let out a blood-gurgling scream and cried and got up. She looked and saw a call button and ring for it. She looked for Sebastian's phone and took it out and called the ambulance crying. The operator answered.
"911, what's your emergency?"
"I NEED AN AMBULANCE!! MY BOSS AND I WERE IN AN ELEVATOR AND THE CABLE AND NOW HE'S BLEEDING!!" She said as she is crying and looking at Sebastian and went and took off her Jacket and tied his head.
"Okay madam, I'll need the address of the company. I will be dispatching the ambulance and the fire fighters" the dispatchers said calmly. Jasmine told her the address.
The dispatcher said on the phone with Jasmine so that she could keep her calm and give her directions and what to do with Sebastian. On the outside, Henry was escorting everyone outside. He looked around for Jasmine but didn't see them so he called her phone but no answer.
"HAS ANYONE SEEN THE BOSS AND JASMINE?!!" he shouted and everyone looked around and was confused and they all looked at Henry and shook their heads. Henry looked at the building and widened his eyes. At that moment he knew that they were the ones in the elevator. He took out his phone and called Clover. She looked at her phone and answered.
"Henry, my loving brother, you never called so what's up" Clover said
"Cut the bullshit! What did you do?" He whispered-yelled.
"What are you talking about?" Clover said.
"I know what you are up to, but if anything happens to Sebastian, mark my words "sister' i will not let you have Mia" He said and hung up.
"HELLO?!" she yelled and looked at her phone and called Amanda.
Amanda who was outside and looked around and didn't see Sebastian was very much confused as to why she could find him. She looked around and saw the ambulance and fire truck and smirked. The firefighters went in, and the ambulance workers followed behind. Meanwhile, Jasmine was holding Sebastian and crying, and she held him.
"They are on their way…you can't die on me! You can't leave me alone! Not when I have fallen madly in love with you! I want to be with you! So you can't die on me!" She said and held him.
"Hello?!" the chief of the fire department yelled. Jasmine looked and cried.
"Hello?! Please Help!!" she yelled back
"Okay we are here!" the chief said and ordered the firefighters to open the door.
After 20 minutes of prying the door open, they finally got the door opened. Jasmine looked up with tears. The paramedics ran in and checked her and Sebastian. They put on an oxygen mask on his face and got one for Jasmine. They put Sebastian on the gurney and wheeled him out to the ambulance. They did the same with Jasmine and wheeled her out too. The employees crowded around and saw Sebastian. They were in shock and disbelief. Some started to cry. The paramedics put him in the ambulance and closed the door and got in and drove off quickly.
Jasmine got into the next ambulance, and they drove off with her. She was crying and hoping he would make it. Amanda stood there in shock and walked away to her car and called Clover. Clover answered and was smiling, not knowing what happened.
"Hello?" She said as she was getting her makeup done.
"I did what you told me to do," Amanda said in a shaky voice.
"Okay...what happened?" Clover said. "She's not dead is she? I'm not done playing with her,"
"N-no, s-she's o-okay…It's Seb" Amanda said and cried and Clover stopped smiling and widened her eyes.
"What. Happened?" Clover asked in a stern voice.
"I-I didn't know he was in the elevator, and I paid someone to cut it! I thought she was the only one in there! He went to the hospital, and I saw his head was bleeding!! I'm sorry!" Amanda said as he cried.
Clover got up and threw everything off her dresser and the makeup artists and her employees looked at her. She screamed and they all went out.
"YOU DUMB BITCH!! IF HE IS DEAD, I WILL HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF THAT CHILD I DIDN'T WANT!" she yelled and sat down.
"I'm sorry!" Amanda said.
"Go to the hospital and make sure he is okay!" Clover said and hung up the phone and threw it in the wall and she screamed and was livid.
At the hospital, the doctor checked Jasmine and she was okay due to Sebastian using his body to shield her. The doctor said they were to be alive. Sebastian was in surgery due to his brain swelling. The doctor planned to remove a piece of his skull so that the brain has space to swell. They will put him in a medically induced coma and wait for his brain to stop swelling and put back the piece of skull. Jasmine heard this and cried. Henry reached the hospital and comforted her, and she cried on his shoulder. Henry called Jacob, Sebastian dad and Jacob answered.
"Hello Henry," Jacob said.
"Hello sir, Sebastian is at the hospital due to an accident at work. He is now in surgery," Henry said. Jacob felt his heart sink.
"Okay, I'll be there in a couple of hours" he said and hung up and got in the car.
Henry put his phone away and saw Amanda walking in and didn't pay her any attention. Jasmine sat there and cried.
Six hours passed, the neurologist walked out and took off his cap.
"Family of Sebastian Rae?" He called out and they all got up and went to the doctor.
"Here we are," Jacob said and the doctor nodded.
"The surgery was a success but for now we are putting him in a medically induced coma. He can hear you and all that. We won't know how he is until the swelling has gone down but for now, we will run tests and wait until the next surgery," the doctor said, and they all nodded.
The nurses wheeled Jacob out and they saw him. They all waited until the doctor said that they could go in. Amanda excused herself silently and went to make a call outside. Henry saw and followed her. Once Amanda reached outside, she took out her phone and tried to call Clover.
"Who are you calling Amanda?" Henry said in a serious tone.
