The ballerina theater and school that Shriek mentioned, this has to it. It was a huge mansion like building, decorated with old European architecture like designs, sticking out from the relatively normal town it was surrounded by as an creepily old yet beautifully designed structure. It had four stories to it, statues of dancers carved into its walls and most importantly, it's facing made the building exposed to little sunlight.
Xitraq watched from a distance, enjoying a cup of thick vanilla latte at a nearby cafe, counting in her heart the people that entered the building. True to the building's name, not a ton of people entered other than ballerinas. If not for the tip Shriek had left them, they may have never suspected this place as the hideouts of a Blood Knight.
