Just as what her mother said. Brye and the other did came back first. Which got shock seeing her since no one inform them that she is back home. After them was her father and Uncle who came back home right time before dinner. After having their dinner and cleaning all the dishes they all went to the living area to rest before going to sleep.
"Zel, will you be staying here for good? You won't be going back to another city to work right?" ask by her father. "Yes dad, for now I have no intention to work there and it is so hard to find job now as the qualification are now getting higher and harder." she answer
"So what is your plan now?" ask by her father again. "I decide to just find a way to earn an income here for now even though the salary here are not high compared to there at least I am with my family." she said.
"That is good then." said by her grandfather this time. "Sorry you have to work instead of studying I fail as your father." Denzel Dad said as he look at her with guilt. "No! don't say that it was also my decision it's no one's fault and it didn't make you fail as my father." Denzel said to make his father at ease.
"Well zel! sorry about not informing you our family situation. We just don't want to make you be worried there." said by her grandfather
"Its Ok, I understand. How are you guys? she ask to her borthers and her cousins.
"Well as you can see we are fine." answer by her older brother. "You really not gonna leave again zel? " ask by her female cousin.
"You will stay with us now zel?" also ask by her younger brother. "Yes! I wont be leaving if it is not necesarry anymore. I will be staying with you guys." she said as she look to hey female cousin. "That is great I'll have my elder sister with me now." happily said by her younger brother. "I won't be alone in the room now." said smilingly by her female cousin "I'm not be leaving again if not needed." she said while ruffling both of their hair.
"Okay she says she will not be leaving now you both go work your homework. We adults will have to talk more things." said by their grandfather to two. "Okay" agree both of her younger brother and female cousin. They both stand up and start to work their homework at the table at the dining table.
"So! bother to explain to me what happen to both of you? The scholarship and you Vince how is you injury?" she ask both of them.
"For me I think Mom already told you the reason I lost my scholarship." said Brye her
"I lost not because I neglect my studies. I did made an improvement after all. It just that the rule for the passing grade for the scholarship change and become higher and my grade did not make it through the cut." Brye said. "What about you working?" she ask to Brye. "The work is just temporary it will not affect my study. I also plan to look for another work or hope I will be permanent their." Brye in respond to Denzel
"Well for me I'm fine now you don't have to worry about my injury its getting better as it was completely I also plan to look for a work no need to worry about me I look for a work that will not hinder my studies." Vince said. "I know our family expenses will be huge now since Byre and Vince needed to spent a money now for their tuition. But what about them looking for a work? And selling furuits amd vegetables at public market? How long it have been? Did you rent a space there?" she ask as she look at them.
"Well as you know now Brye and Vince need to spend money now for their college and their is also your younger brother and younger cousin who is both in highschool. We also has some expenses at home and bills needed to pay every month. Also the loan we had. We decide to sell the extras vegetable and fruits there but we're not able to rent a space. We can't afford it so we just find an empty area at the sidewalk and it will not last long as our own vegetable and fruits can't bring us huge harvest everday." answer by her Grandfather.
"Actually we are planning to lease or sale some plot of the land it was still undecided as me, your mom, your uncle and auntie are also planning to look for a work." said by her father
"Plan to sell some of our land. that!" said by Denzel looking to her Grandparents. A silence
came all of a sudden as no one respond to her. "Is it really that bad our situation?" she couldn't help asking.
"It is! even though my heart is healed now we still have to pay the loans we made Steph and Brent highschool is not a problem since they are at public school but as they are also both in their last year of highschool next school year they will be college then and your older brother who in his fourth year now he will be having His OJT too." said by Mr. Kynt her grandfather.
"Zel, you don't have to think about it we all are finding work now. We already felt sorry for you aside that you did not continue college, you even have to go a far away city to work in order to help us. Now that you are back you don't need to trouble your self for it. You can just relax for now." said by her Uncle this time while looking at her.
"Yes your Uncle is right, you don't need to trouble yourself for this we can handle it, we'll find a solution for this. You just have to relax at home now." said by her Aunt
"That right! you've been working for almost two years and you been sending most of your salary to us. I think losing your work is also a blessing as you are back with your family so we now can take care of you. We are grateful of your help in those time. Now it us! your elders will be responsible to our families burden." said by Mrs. Kynt her Grandmother.
Everyone of them is looking at her guiltily for they really felt so sorry for her that she has to sacrifice her studies for their families.
'This! they are already like this knowing that 'denzel' had sacrifice her study so she can help their family. I wonder what would they fell if 0I'm not reborn in this body and they will find out that 'denzel' pass away.' she thought as she is looking everyone.
"What you are all sorry at? It was my own desicion to stop my studies as I can't get a scholarship and decide to work. My family is never a burdern to me I'm happy doing it and I will continue to do so."
(What going back to college. I am done with it! Since I'm reborn in this body and I have deicided to live this life with this family. You guys will be my family from now own and I will do my best ability to help our family.)
