How rare was it?
Before the Seven Calamities disaster, the Holy Spirits Church was still the largest faction on the continent. Their main pillar was the Church's number of Living Saints—as many as nine.
At its peak, there were less than five of them across the entire continent.
Of course, later on, the Church sacrificed seven of them to personify the Holy Spirits, causing the disaster. That was another matter.
