"Yeah. I'll have to rip that giant grin off its face."
"Well... let's see who could do it first, then!" Without hesitation, Lucia Di Sarro sprinted towards Heartemis with a sword in hand while releasing a cold aura with every step she took.
Heartemis noticed Lucia Di Sarro running up to it and frowned deeply.
Although Lucia reacted fast enough for her trench coat to stretch out in front of her, creating a thin barrier made of ice, just in time for it to be blasted by a powerful beam of demonic flames.
"Just shut up already! Nobody cares!"
With a shout, Lucia quickly got closer to Heartemis, using the shield to push through the flames, and just as she got at least one meter apart from Heartemis, she swung her ice-like sword at Heartemis, cutting through the fire and the palm of its flame hand.
As a rebuttal, Heartemis thrust its sword at Lucia, who reacted fast enough to use the flat of her sword to defend against the attack, although it still caused her to fly back from the immense pressure.
"Kuh! What kind of strength was-"
Lucia was then greeted by Heartemis up close to her with its sword ready to slam down on her head.
But as it was about to cut Lucia in half. A powerful blast of ice magic interrupted Heartemis by hitting it and pushing it away from Lucia.
"Now! Keep hitting it with ice!"
"Everyone, stop staring and charge up your attacks!"
One by one, guilds started to lead their members to help defeat Heartemis.
The sudden attack affected Heartemis as it stood up from the kneeling position with a bit of staggering.
<...I am a god that will fix this broken world from all of you who are corrupting it!!>
Then another blast of ice magic appeared and headed towards Heartemis.
Heartemis used the same blast of flames to counter the attack to take on the explosion of ice magic. The flames were too much for the ice magic, so the ice had been canceled.
"Keep on pressuring it!"
Heartemis sensed the ice magic being charged up around it and charged at the ones using the ice element.
"I-It's coming at us!!"
"Defend against it!"
As Heartemis got closer to the magic users, he sensed the presence of something else right beside it. Heartemis swung its sword at the presence, only to be blocked by the one who attacked him earlier.
"Don't you dare go after my members!"
Lucia Di Sarro defended against Heartemis but struggled to withstand Heartemis's powerful strike.
Of course, Heartemis got angrier at the sight of a previous one who was easily defeated by it getting back on its feet to attack it again.
Heartemis used its strength to push Lucia Di Sarro's sword away and used the same move as before, slashing down at Lucia Di Sarro. Fortunately, she could regain her feet and defend herself with the flat side again, only this time, she was taking the full force of Heartemis' rageful attack.
"Ack!"
She coughed up blood and got down onto one knee. Her entire body was shaking as she felt the pain throughout her whole body.
~How...? How was he able to manage this kind of strength?!
Then, another blast of ice magic from another guild headed toward Heartemis, although Heartemis didn't bother to get out of the way. The explosion struck Heartemis, but Heartemis was still trying to kill Lucia Di Sarro. Perhaps its unending rage allowed it to take on the ice with no reaction.
"Ackk!!"
Lucia Di Sarro continued to cough up blood and began to be crushed into the ground.
~I might actually die...!
The blast of ice ended, and Heartemis continued to apply pressure on Lucia Di Sarro until the one who contributed the most came back.
Angel, coming from behind of Heartemis, swung his sword at Heartemis. Heartemis took notice and connected its sword with Angel.
<...!!>
However, something was different with Angel's attack this time.
Angel's blade was utterly white as snow, with a chilling aura coming out of it.
It was the ice element, although the amount of ice power in Angel's sword exceeded the ice power he had just a few moments ago.

That right. After my first fight with Heartemis in his new form, I headed toward Kok Jung-Jin and, with the help of him, So-Yung, Ra Seo-Yun, and myself, we successfully transferred the charged-up power of [Ice Breathing] into my sword.
The ice power was combined with my own. It did feel cold around my fingers.
Now I had to activate one more skill to take this wannabe god.

I controlled the area of this skill only to fit two people.
Me and that.
Of course, one person was able to take notice of what I just did.

Heartemis backed away from me and allowed others to help the collapsed Lucia Di Sarro.
Now Heartemis and I had a distance between us. It was quiet. Some Players were charging up their attacks; even so, Heartemis had its sights on me only.
Even with this ice power, I still would lose to raw strength. I could have had much more force if only the effect of the Sword of Dark Dimension didn't have a limit.
Currently, my strength stat is at 5490. I was only receiving times two multipliers on it. The Sword of Dark Dimension needed an item to show its full power.
So I needed to only clash at the right moment and slash where it could connect. Thankfully, I had a skill that could help me.

My eyes changed to crimson red, so I took a step forward.
At my step, Heartemis backed away one step subconsciously.
~ Heartemis rushed at me with killing intent, and once he was close, he slashed his sword at me; thanks to [Crimson Eyes], I knew where and when he was going to slice at me. I moved out of the way of the attack and then another followed. I avoid it and avoid many attacks after the first. It had to be because of the rage that's built up inside of it ever since we entered the domain. I guess I contributed the most to this ever-lasting rage. Heartemis movements continued, but they were becoming noticeably slower as time passed. This was when I decided to connect our swords again. I used all my strength and poured the most magic power I could into my sword. Heartemis also activated its skill. [Heartemis, The Green God, has activated Burning Blade Slash Lv.?] The Bleeding Sun was covered in a red flame that shone brighter than any demonic flame up until now. Then, both our swords connected. An explosive sound resounded around the domain, and a vast amount of mana from the ice and fire element scattered. It was hot at Heartemis's side and cold at my side. I could handle the strength of Heartemis due to the ice power that gradually lowered its abilities. The Players around us either didn't or felt our swords' power. "It burning over here!" "I can't feel my hands! They've gone numb!" I couldn't let this go on anymore. I couldn't get the others injured. Let's do this... The next second... In this case, that somebody was that. With the help of many skills, I pushed Heartemis off. I was capable of withstanding this much power far longer than before. I had about three minutes in this state. But it was enough to charge up the ice that was building up inside me. I felt the coldness—all of it. My eyes were now a shade of magenta due to [Crimson Eyes] and the amount of ice power I had. I stared at Heartemis for a moment before leaping at it. Heartemis did the same, along with a rageful scream. Although its flames were dimmer than before, that didn't stop them from still having powerful attacks. We clashed and clashed again. Sparks flew, mana spewed out, and the ice inside was starting to poke out of my body. Many magic users had launched their blast of ice at Heartemis with many connecting, which helped me, and others missing. This lasted for two minutes when suddenly my body was shivering from the ice and had locked up. It seemed that I had underestimated the speed of the process and was now approaching the lethal stage of the skill. Of course, I wasn't the only one feeling the ice element's effect. Heartemis flames weren't as violent anymore. It now just looked like a thin layer of fire that could be blown out with a simple gust of the wind. Heartemis was still too angry to notice the change in its appearance. My breathing became heavy, my fingers lost strength, and I could barely move an inch. If I went any longer than a minute without transferring the ice, I would die. So... I had to end it right now. I deactivated my blade's ice power and tossed my sword into the void. I still had a minute's worth of my current power left with all my active skills. I was now empty-handed. I got into a fighting position. From now on, I was going to fight hand to hand. Every Player was shocked at what I was doing. So-Yung looked tired, but she seemed extremely worried about me. Heartemis shouted out to me. Honestly... I didn't know whether I would be able to pull this off. So, no. However... <...Hey... stop stalling and... Come at me, you son of a bitch!> Heartemis roared out and dashed towards me. He slashed down, and so I dodged, causing it to pierce the ground. I took this chance to kick at the side of the blade with my right leg and made it fly out of Heartemis' hands. Then I jumped in the air and hit Heartemis in the face with a reverse kick with my left leg. Heartemis was sent flying for a couple of meters before releasing its sword wasn't in its hands anymore. ~ Heartemis quickly located the sword and ran at it. I caught up to Heartemis and gave it the right hook to the face. Still, the little flames on its body caused my fist to be burned. Heartemis was on the ground due to my powerful ice-powered up fist. <...It seems that you're still trying to deny that you can die.> I interrupted Heartemis. <...!> The angry, flamy expression on Heartemis's face changed into a distorted expression. I ignored its words and continued to speak. As Heartemis listened to my words, it continued denying this fact. "Ugh!" I don't have much time left. Heartemis was currently having a mental breakdown. I took advantage of this and forcefully grabbed Heartemis by the neck and lifted his trembling body. Even with my icy hands, I still felt the burning heat of its dim flames. [Would you like to transfer the power of Forever Frozen Heat to this target?] Yes. [Transferring now!] The painful coldness inside me began dwindling and was now being transferred into Heartemis's body. Ice was now bursting out of Heartemis's chest like demonic flames. The ice covered its arms, legs, and neck, canceling any flames it came into contact with. Those were Heartemis' last words as all the ice power inside me successfully transferred, covering its whole body in ice. Once I knew it was done, I dropped the now life-sized ice figure to the ground. The impact caused the life-sized sculpture to break into two pieces.
