" How did this happen? Do you realise that they breached the contract? Why aren't you taking action? I traveled for a week and you people can't even do your work well!" Shouted Samael in frustration. "Sir they threatened us that if we take action that they will sue the company. " explained Zeke, his secretary.
" Sue us for what? " Samael asked anger evident in his voice.
"Sir apparently the account department hasn't been paying them for their services "
As soon as Zeke said that the temperature in the office dropped.
"Pls why on earth am I just hearing this today ? Aren't there people that are incharge of this? "
Lucian ran his hand through his hair trying to calm himself down. He let out a sigh of frustration and closed his eyes thinking of a solution.
"Inform all department heads that a meeting will hold at 11:00 am and all of them should be present "
"Yes sir"
"Tell Lucian to come to my office "
Zeke left the office hurriedly and finally breathed a sigh of relief outside of the office. .
3 hours later , Lunch break
Samael arranged for an appointment with Sera officially . He hoped that he would be able to convince her to help him, the anxiety didn't even allow him to eat his lunch. He and Sera have been friends since they met at a conference , a year ago. A knock on the door woke him up from his thoughts.
"Come in " he said and his low sexy voice filled the room.
The door opened and Sera poked her head through the gap between the door , trying to make sure that she is at the right office. After confirming, she entered the office and feasted her eyes on the sight before her.
Samael's office was the real definition of simple but elegant. His office was mostly black and white with small grey dots of paint sprinkled on the walls . He had tall shelves filled with files and a scanty shelf with three books which she realised was the door to a secret room.
"What happened to you ?" asked Sera worriedly " You have never invited to your office before ..... "
" I need your help" declared Samael interrupting her
" You the great Samael Black needs my help. OMG I'm blushing"
