Chapter 3
The first thing they noticed was a detonation on the spaceships shields which is quickly repaired. Then you see a small craft moving away from the mother ship in the distance. It looks like it is filled with some type of metal containers.
"The containers are being unloaded now."
You say "Even while they are attacking us?"
"If they are trying to stop us from reaching them, they're doing a very poor job" Zee says, "It is highly unlikely that they have the capability to defend against a ship like ours." you agree.
You walk through the halls of the space station and see two guards standing outside their door. They stand tall, dressed in armor made of dark metal. A light blue insignia is painted across the front of each guard's suit.
Both guards look bored.
One is a woman of average build, wearing a helm with a visor that obscures her face. She wears a sword on her hip and a rifle on her back.
You say "Its time. Open the weapon chamber please"
The woman simply nods, walks to her own machine, and begins to type.
The door opens and you choose the best body part extensions made for combat you can find.
You are now wearing a one armed warrior's body part prosthetics. You have an axe in your gauntlet hand and a energy cannon attached to your torso.
You say "Hey Zee, where exactly do we settle in on this planet?"
"The new system has a strong focus on the planetary government, and its members are elected by the people, not the corporations. I found a small but quaint country that seems like the best fit for us."
You appreciate his answer and slowly walk to the teleporters, covered in dark thoughts.
The two guards stand aside and let you pass.
The two of you step into the teleporter room and Zee punches in a code. The door slide shut and locks into place.
The teleportation matrix activates and you suddenly find yourself surrounded by darkness.
Then the teleport field disappears and you find yourself in another city. You are surrounded by humans and aliens alike. Most of them are running errands and walking dogs. There seem to be no signs of war or violence anywhere, and yet there you are. You wonder if there was the right destination coordinates inside the teleporter, or if this is some random city on this planet.
You look around a bit and see a sign with your native language written on it. You approach the sign and read it out loud. The towns name seems to be Rynian, and the word 'Rynian' is drawn in purple ink.
You then turn to your left to see houses, and a bridge that leads to somewhere.
Your stomach growls as if on cue, it had been quite a while since you last ate.
You look around and see some food stores and a restaurant. You decide to get something to eat and walk over to the restaurant.
The door is locked and nobody seems to be inside.
You tap on the glass and yell "Hello?"
Nothing.
You continue tapping and yelling, but the owner doesn't appear.
Suddenly the glass door smashes from the inside and you turn in time to see a knife stabbing through the air where your head had been.
Chapter 4
You say "Seems to really be the right destination"
You break through the door and see a man wearing what appears to be an ancient helmet. He swings a sword at you and you duck. The man's blade only scratches the surface of your armor.
You say "Hold on, it doesnt have to end this way" - and keep your arms wide open
The man stops his attack and frowns at you. His helmet has a visor that hides most of his face, but you can see he is surprised you didnt attack.
You say "Do you understand me?"
The man looks up at you and nods.
"Good," you say, "I am here to help you."
The man's eyes widen and he drops his sword.
"You're a robot?"
You say "A cyborg, but we dont have much time. The harvesters are landed on this planet and every resistance will be killed if you all arent giving up on it"
The man nods slowly, as if thinking over your words carefully. He looks up at the sky and sees the harbinger.
You give him a nudge to bring you to a representant of the planetary government.
The man runs off towards a building in the distance, knocking aside a few people on his way. You follow him into the large building. Inside the building is a lobby with a counter and some chairs.
You sit on a chair as suddenly a dozen armed warriors unhide and surround you.
"Who are you?"
You look up and smile at the warrior who is standing over you.
"Im Kyros, the cyborg send to assimilate enemies of the harvesting machines. Whom of you is in charge for the planetary government?"
A dark-skinned, black-haired man suddenly steps forward he looks around your age,
"I am First Marshal Laseen, head of police on this world."
You notice Laseen has no weapons on his hands and speaks in a calm tone "Please remove all unnecessary weapons. We will discuss peace."
Laseen looks at you confused, but complies. He pulls down the mask covering the upper half of his face to reveal his sharp jawline and beautiful facial features.
"My lord," Laseen says to himself, "it would seem that this machine has taken the wrong target."
Laseen steps closer to you and looks into your eyes.
"We wont leave this planet"
He gives orders to his soldiers, they begin to search you. When they finish inspecting you and find nothing, they start to search everything else.
"This machine could kill us all within seconds" he says, worried.
"We dont know what its capabilities are yet, but we must be careful. This might be dangerous."
Laseen pulls you out of the chair and leads you to a side door. He opens the door and motions for you to step outside.
"Wait here," he says.
You wait, leaning against the wall beside the doorway until Laseen returns to tell you all of the security cameras and sensors have been disabled.
The door swings shut and you step into the hall.
The hallway has no doors, but continues on for some distance, turning left and then right.
You say "Whats your plan, Laseen?" He takes you deeper into the building into a small room with a desk. he sits down and fold up a few old and dusty papers. "Look at this ancestries and you understand why we doesnt want to leave" he says.
Laseen looks over the papers and sighs."I need every cyborg on this planet to rise up and stop this Seeker,"he says,"and I need you to lead them
