He stood up from the couch and settled by leaning toward her with the help of the chair's hand.
Cynthia uncomfortably looked at his both hands that have imprisoned her and then in his eyes with a frown, "I asked a question, I didn't tell you to come close!".
"Its ok, its my own choice. Keeping my guards behind you and your brother is just to make sure that you two remain safe".
Cynthia scoffed with a wry chuckle and moved her head back as much as possible. "Are you taking me for a fool?".
And then he shook his head without waiting for a single moment, Cynthia can't help but crease her brows seeing that face of his which appeared to be enjoying.
"I never took you as one and also if you remember at least the fact that you were shot by someone, you will know what I meant to say".
