I nodded subconsciously with a spoilt boy smile. "I just feel lucky that you are mine," I told him before I could process my words.
I blushed when he looked at me. I avoided his gaze but I could retrieve my spilled milk. I walked over to join him. I took the first dish he served to the table placing the two plates on either side.
"You seemed to have fallen deeply in love with me," he told me as gave me another set of plates to take to the table.
I did not want to look into his mind-reading eyes. He knew even without me saying anything to him. "Since you know, you might as well treat me better," I replied as I took the plates to the table.
He laughed softly. It was not mockery but more of amusement. "You should not fall in love," he warned me lightly.
I shook my head. "I wish I could time travel. I will not fall in love with you," I accused as I sat down at the table. I was unwilling to help him. You could say I was sulking.
